大廳櫃檯及餐廳的人員服務非常專業非常棒，連停車場的服務也很好，房間有被升等，房間內枕頭棉被床軟硬適中，睡得很舒服，環境也是一級棒，下次入住台中的首選👍

每次出差台中都會入住福華飯店，翻修後的精緻客房住得很舒服，浴缸大又乾淨，可以放鬆泡澡。3樓的江南村的中式料理每每都有味蕾的驚喜。

福華飯店的硬體，我非常喜歡，房間寬敞，浴室乾淨，美中不足的是淋浴間相對比較小，櫃檯人員的態度良好，早餐也非常豐盛，就是熱食太少，而且我都是住二個晚上，早餐沒有變化，有點小遺憾😔！
