The B&B counter service hours are from 9 to 5 o'clock. There is no one at other times and no contact information was left. The B&B is located in a landscaped park, and there are dining guests and tourists. However, the door of the B&B has no access control, and anyone can enter and exit at will. I was scared to death and could only be thankful that I had booked a room on the second floor that day. I quickly went upstairs and asked my daughters to lock the door, and warned them not to go to the first floor alone to play with toys. The safety issue is really worrying. Overall the hotel location is good. It is near to Taipei MRT so it is connected to HSR or Train system. Staff here is helpful and friendly. Of course I would like to say prefer the room to be slightly bigger but what can I say since the price is reasonable. The only other comment that I have is that the WiFi is abit slow and not working sometimes.
