Chang Jiang Kou Holiday Hotel
4.6/5598 Reviews
Liuhe Ancient Town
The hotel is very friendly and gave welcome fruit. It is a 15-minute walk from the ancient town, which is within the acceptable range. Clean and tidy, with razors. It is off-season, the price is right, and the breakfast is OK. Overall, I am satisfied. The hotel restaurant is quite satisfactory, and the puffer fish is very good, which is comparable to non-local restaurants and farmhouses.

The environment in Dianli Village is really good. The children played chess there for a day. Our parents set up tents on the grass, soaked in the sun, drank coconut juice and ate fruits. It was very pleasant. The hotel facilities were average, with a 3-star standard, and breakfast was simple. It should be a good holiday place when there are more tourists.
Loudong Hotel

Taicang Downtown
Yes, I always stay at Loudong Hotel every time I go to Taicang. I am satisfied with it as always. There is a construction expansion next to it, so it is a bit noisy. The front desk lady was very considerate and arranged a room far away from the construction site. This time, the restaurant added Su-style soup noodles, which tasted good and were convenient for dining. I had an authentic Su-style fried fish noodles for 20 yuan.
Taicang Karuizawa Hot Spring Hall
4.6/5174 Reviews
Shaxi Ancient Town
I’ll share a few points about whether it’s good or bad. The female service staff at the hot spring entrance was very nice and helped us carry our suitcases to the room. The service was great. There are three public hot springs. You can soak in hot springs indoors or cold ones outdoors. You must take a dip in the private bath. It is so comfortable. It is an outdoor bath for one person. It is worth a dip. The bad thing is that there are too few restaurants and only Japanese food The breakfast is really pitiful. Is it because we Chinese are not used to Japanese breakfast? There is a fixed amount that even the children can’t get enough to eat. One bowl of porridge per person, a little mustard, one-fifth of the potatoes and one-quarter of the corn. Are they gone? At noon, we can only eat Japanese food. The sukiyaki pot contains a handful of baby cabbage and 4 very thin slices of beef. It costs 398. It’s just me being poor. I think it’s a bit ridiculously expensive. Maybe the people who go there are all Shanghainese, so book according to Shanghai prices! It's not enough for three people to eat for more than 600 yuan.
Taicang Wendefu Hotel (Liuhe Ancient Town)
4.5/5856 Reviews
Liuhe Ancient Town
The first impression of staying in a ”flowery” style hotel for less than 300 yuan is that it is a great place to stay. There is a bakery, Chinese restaurant, and banquet hall in the hotel lobby. You can eat authentic Taicang dishes, knife fish wontons, puffer fish... The hotel is located between Liuhe Ancient Town and the Jiangbian Wetland Park, and the location is very good. After arriving at the hotel, I had a bowl of knife fish wontons in the ancient town at noon, and went to the riverside for a bike ride in the afternoon. It was very comfortable to blow the breeze. In the evening, I found a nearby farm restaurant. The puffer fish rice was too amazing and very affordable. It's the right time for an outing. What are you waiting for! 😄
Rhine Hotel

Taicang Downtown
A hotel temporarily selected in Taicang is very cost-effective, especially the art museum on the 25th floor, which is very pleasant. The room is also very large, the design is more artistic, I like the color of the wooden door very much. I feel that the positioning should be an art hotel. I thought it was on the edge of Jincang Lake, but there were actually four kilometers, and the hotel basically couldn't see Jincang Lake. Not satisfied may be that the hotel staff lacks knowledge of local knowledge. On the first day, I asked the hotel front desk how to go to Jincang Lake. He said that he didn’t know how to let me search for my map. (Can you say that the hotel lacks training for employees, is it not necessary to provide information about surrounding attractions? Skills ?), and asked the employee if there was an underground parking lot. He said yes, but I didn't find it. Finally, I stopped on the ground. . . .
