I received the best service from the best staff. After booking the hotel, I received emails immediately, so I had no worries or anxieties until I arrived, and I had a very comfortable stay on my first trip to Manila. The hotel was in a very safe location, and the surrounding area was convenient with everything from department stores to small shops, and I was most impressed by the kindness of the staff. The view from room 43 was beautiful both in the morning and at night. Thank you to the manager and staff. I hope to use your services again next time.

We had an amazing overnight stay at Thompson, Booking was incredibly easy, and their prompt and detailed responses made the process smooth from start to finish. Jen even went the extra mile by meeting us at the lobby and personally assisting us to the unit. The unit itself exceeded our expectations—it was spotless and smelled fresh, with clean and comfortable sheets that felt better than a hotel. They provided everything we could need and more, including slippers, toothbrushes, towels, complimentary water, tea, Coke, and cookies. The XBox was a fantastic bonus that added to the experience. The air conditioning was perfectly cold, and the cozy comforters made our sleep absolutely delightful. The two queen-size beds were spacious and a great value for the price. Check-out was as hassle-free as the rest of our stay, making the whole experience seamless and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! We will definitely be coming back.

The room is clean, the lobby is beautiful, there is a bakery on the first floor, and there are shops selling jewelry and household items. There are so many restaurants nearby, including Chinese food, hot pot, and burgers🍔, so eating is convenient. The kids love the pool.

We stayed for 2 nights before catching our flight back to the UK. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff especially Marvin was very helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and seamless. The hotel is right across SM Aura which has plenty of choice for eating places. Venice GrandCanal Mall is also very close to the hotel.

There is no need to talk much about Shangri-La. It's an old high-class hotel. The service and everything are very good. The room is comfortable and warm, but the swimming pool is not as good as that of ASCOTT. It is still recommended. Remember to joint their membership to collect points.
