Expérience décevant au Munga Guesthouse House. Nous avons séjourné 7 jours à l’hôtel fin novembre. Il y a beaucoup de choses à savoir avant d’y aller : - literie très inconfortable (chambre à 180€ la nuit quand même!) - notre douche était bouchée, elle a été que très partiellement « réparée » « mais si l’eau coule »… on avait de l’eau jusqu’au genou après une douche de 5 min… - nous avions demandé un lit bébé pour notre petit garçon de 1 an et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un lit en bois complêtement catastrophique, pas au normes de sécurité : il pouvait enjamber le bord du lit et tomber, résultat il a dormi avec nous toute la semaine - personnel d’accueil incompétent face à tous ces problèmes, aucune considération « merci de nous le signaler mais on ne peut rien faire » - propreté de la chambre très limitée, un léger coup de balais par jour et c’est tout. - room service inneficace, 1h d’attente pour avoir 1 pizza…. - piscine qui ressemble à une pataugeoire sale et mal entretenue - restaurant Favella cher et pas incroyable Certes cet hôtel est très instagramable, très bien situé mais le service n’est pas du tout à la hauteur du prix !! Par contre, le personnel du petit déjeuner a été adorable et ce sont les seules personnes compétentes que nous avons rencontré lors de notre séjour.

Une belle arnaque / bien ficelé. Literie à mettre à la déchèterie / petit déjeuner infect / chambre nettoyé très sommairement / éclairage à revoir / très très bruyant / personnel incompétent / ce type de prestation est une HONTE. C’est pas quel bois flotté en guise de déco + tapis berbère qui mérite le tarif … mais bien votre aptitude, vos efforts à bien recevoir vos clients .

Un posto magnifico, dove ogni dettaglio è curato al meglio. La nostra suite vista oceano, oltre ad una vista spettacolare, era molto stilosa, spaziosa, letto comodissimo, pulita, bagno con doccione a pioggia, ottimi prodotti di cortesia, phon (addirittura col diffusore),in più cassetta di sicurezza e pale al soffitto. La colazione si consuma su un rooftop con vista oceano, il cibo offerto è molto vario e di ottima qualità, e comprende anche varie spremute fresche e possibilità di richiedere uova o omelette come si desiderano, tutto preparato fresco, dolci e tortine salate comprese. Personale ovunque gentilissimo e disponibile, veramente un posto stra consigliato per qualche giorno di totale meraviglioso relax.

It was like staying in a 6 star hotel. Such a fantastic experience. The service was impeccable, the hotel was such beautiful interiors and the breakfast was yummy. The breakfast was buffet and also so personalised. Staff would make Moroccan flatbread and granola and cereal, with lots of fresh fruit and juice. Dinner at the hotel was fantastic. I had the best tuna I've ever eaten. The staff are so warm and friendly. The rooms are really unique and beautiful interiors. I felt like I was on honeymoon without the prices. One downside: would love a larger pool. But the beach is great and so close!

Beautifully furnished and decorated. We only ate there but were a tad disappointed as the staff weren’t very friendly and sitting outside we were bombarded with flys sadly. Which was unfortunate as the other bars we went to nearby were not. Stunning plane tho. Good music too.

Beautiful Boujee Guesthouse. The décor is stunning, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the views and vibe and awesome. The hotel is across 3 buildings and on many different levels, but every part is stunningly decorated. All the rooms have a different theme and are roomy and clean. Beautiful touches of fresh oranges, dates and cakes left in our room. Our bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The noise does resonate a bit through the buildings but didn't find it too noisy and it was quiet during the night. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant is exceptional and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had a small balcony with a sea view which was amazing to wake up to every morning. Thank you to all the staff and we will definitely return.

I've just spent 10 amazing days at Munga Guesthouse. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very large and have excellent views. I'm a light sleeper and found my initial room a bit noisy and I was quickly relocated to a quieter room for the remainder of my stay. Both the roof top restaurant and downstairs kitchen/bar offer a great range of food and drinks, the restaurant has spectacular views over Taghazout and the coast. I could not fault any of the staff - extremely polite, very helpful and friendly. The reception team of Maryam and Soukina deserve special mention for managing all our requests, bookings and questions with a smile. Thanks for a great stay, I will be back!

Un hôtel avec une magnifique déco, équipe très accueillante, environnement agréable (vue mer mais le côté rue est un peu bruyant). Petit déjeuner superbe sur une magnifique terrasse et avec une très belle vue. Un moment très agréable et serein que nous aurions pu prolonger longtemps si la balade de taghazout ne nous attendait pas.

We have just returned from the most magical four days at Munga Guesthouse. Thank you so much to Maryem and Soukaina for organising everything for our stay. We loved every minute of our time spent in the guesthouse and the wonderful village. The guesthouse is so tasteful, eclectic and comfortable, hidden away, with fantastic views of the beach. Yoga each morning was a joy, followed by a massive, delicious breakfast. We loved the village stuffed stray dogs, cats and the 100’s of stairs to climb - we now feel fit! We will be back.
