They were clean and treat you better than most hotels. Give you privacy. Unlike most hotels. I know they had breakfast but we didn't make it for that. Laundry room was great we got most of our clothes clean anyways. The best time is at night to do laundry. It's open for the most part. Thanks you we're great

I have been going here every weekend to do my family visit for months now. The ladies that work there do more than their job they go above and beyond, and are so loving. I wouldn’t change them for the world. They have helped my family many times the staff makes this place feel like home!!! Amazing services and rooms 😍🥰😍🥰

Upon arrival there's never any parking here but the desk schedule will make sure to tell you you're not allowed to park in the no parking zones. As I'm checking in Phyllis, the front desk agent make sure I feel absolutely cold and unwelcome with her demeanor but I'm just tired from traveling and want to get in my room. My furniture was in different stages of brokenness and my TV didn't ever work I called Phyllis a couple times to see why not and she assured me she would get back to me and never did multiple times. Apparently I had been given a room next to a staircase door that every time someone used it my whole room shook do not stay in room 231. So woke up early for work tried to get someone to answer questions about my TV still nothing. Can't even get anyone to answer the phone and no one's at the desk. I tried to find an opportunity for them to correct this and all I got was more opportunity to be treated coldly and like I don't belong here I will never be coming back to this hotel and I will make sure my company knows not to book here anymore.

We chose to stay at Extended Stay America Tacoma South while relocating to the area, and it made our transition much smoother! The room was spacious and included all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk helped provide the things we needed for our kitchenette too! The hotel also offered laundry facilities, a pet-friendly site, and good TV channels (what a bonus for the kids!!), which were extremely convenient. The grab-and-go breakfast was delicious and quick! The staff, especially Tiffany, were extremely helpful in assisting with any requests we had and very friendly, respectful, and personable. It is a great hotel and I will be recommending it to anyone looking for a place to stay!

I enjoy Tiffany and Suraya, there customer service is top flight, these girls make the stay way better for the guests and they are always there to help and lend a helping hand, also the breakfast counter has my granola bars I love and the coffee is hot and good, would bring my whole crew back here anytime

Tiffany was very helpful. I was grateful to have her assistance from the day. I arrived at the hotel. If there were more customer service representatives like her, the world would be a better place. whether it was directions or dishes or getting new towels or just general questions about area, Tiffany was extremely helpful

Suraya is the best customer service representative I have ever met! Not only was my experience pleasant I was able to see how she interacted with a customer that was not so Friendly. You have a great employee. You should definitely promote or give her a raise immediately

My husband and I went to this hotel when visiting Tacoma. We came at 12 am and by 6 am someone had already broke into our car. There was only one towel no bath towels and had to ask for soap. The breakfast is muffins and coffee. Please save and yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
