There were no bath towels when I entered the room, and there was no water in the room on the second day, so I thought the facilities were not thorough. I am not good at English, but the hotel front desk was polite but not friendly, which was disappointing. It was one-sided and I couldn't understand because they spoke quickly. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful when they found out I was Japanese, which left a good impression.

Hotel was good itself. Clean and good location.
But the only problem this time was the pool and food. We were not able to use the pool on the evening coz they were cleaning it., they put chlorine
And the food., so supposed to be it was buffet breakfast. But it was not. That was the only reason why we always choose this hotel, coz there breakfast was really good(the buffet)😋
