We came over to Tunisia from England and took a trip to the north and visited Tabarka. We had a great time staying here! We had 2 rooms - a double and a family room. Both rooms were immaculately clean and modern and the family room bathroom even had a jacuzzi bath! The manager and staff we're so friendly and helpful...anything we needed they would do their best to fulfill. They couldn't have done enough! We had a larger family room, with a double room and living area. Even the sofa beds were extremely comfortable and the room had an amazing view of the Mediterranean sea, castle and hills. We often chilled at the cafe below the hotel at night which also had great friendly service and nice outdoor seating area. Even though the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool you are within walking distance of the bay and on the other side you have the public beach less than a 5 minute walk. The location is in the centre of the tourist area which is great to experience the local cuisine, which is delicious in Tunisia. The marina is just behind the hotel along with the souks near the bay. A great stay and would recommend to anyone!

la reception tres mauvaise aucun wifi dispo ds les chambres chambre tres petite stationnement difficile .il faudrait penser a changer le personel de la reception il sont tres désagréable ne merite vraiment pas les 4 etoiles . a fuir absolument.

First of all I was very disappointed by the fact that they don't have a parking. I had to park my car Outdoor. Then when we went to our room there wasn't even a bottle of water available. When asking the reception they told us we have to pay for it it's Extra. The bed was horrible.making a hard noise, very uncomfortable. To finish, the breakfast was as expected regarding the precedents anomalies.Poor of varieties. For the same price of 85 dollars we could have had better for sure. Definitely not recommanding

The hotel is in a great location right next to the marina. The breakfast buffet is not worthy of a 4 star, it is really just average. The sheets are clean, the room is spacious, however I found it dirty (especially the walls and the bathroom where I found a small cockroach). It's very poorly soundproofed. Hotel to book for one night no more.

I stayed there with family in August 2023. the staff is friendly and tries to listen to the customer but... a noisy hotel day and night until late hours. the two swimming pools are empty, there is nothing prestigious about them. the marina is still far away. Good welcome, nice and clean room but no private parking, you have to park outside the box, no surveillance, very very narrow road as cars are parked there on both sides and the road is two-way. In the room sheets and towels were missing after asking they brought it back to us. It says on the hotel description that there is a swimming pool but it was empty and is in August. In addition the swimming pool is located in the middle of several building blocks which does not belong to the hotel. When I asked about the swimming pool I was told that they have one but that it is in another hotel a few hundred meters from this one. If you are looking for tranquility do not go there in summer. Because the hotel is in the middle of the city with lots of commercial bistros and too much movement until the morning. The hotel is 150m from the beach. The breakfast lacks cereal.
