You can get better customer service in Thai street takeaway than in a bar in this 5* hotel. I understand that people can be frustrated in their personal lives, but shouting at polite customers is unacceptable. I won't recommend this place to anyone any longer.

Overrated resort far away from 5 star at Max 4 star. Well located. Very small swimming pool and spa with a cold water. Breakfast nothing exceptional. . Paying parking fée - scandal. It should be included since people already pay a high price. Nice rooms well designed with no phonic isolation between rooms. I could hear my neighbour watching tv. Missed cleaning service, unacceptable for 5 star resort I think there is still a lot to learn particularly how to treat a client. The only rooms that have value are the ones with a river view the rest is like staying in a parking lot unless you like to watch your car .

Good/Bad: Bedroom was too warm. The only bedding option was a comforter It would be nice to have the ability to use a lighter quilt or blanket instead. Bathroom shower was awkward since it was designed in a corner - wedged into the space between toilet and sink, when you turn on the shower, it sprayed into the room. Breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay. It is the largest buffet we have ever experienced. Top notch on that feature! The pizza restaurant needs to improve the quality of the pizza, use better dough and sauce so that it is a true Neopolitan. Merlot wine was not quality, it was below what I would expect for even a "house wine". Lots of families using both pools, would be nice to have at least a hot tub where children were not allowed. The grounds were lovely and it will be cool to see what they do with the old Wanda House that was built in 1939.

Fantastisch hotel op een zeer goede locatie gelegen, dichtbij het centrum en 15 min lopen naar de promenade. We verbleven 6 nachten in een Executive Suite met keuken in het hotelcomplex. De suite bestaat uit een woonkamer, keuken en slaapkamer en via een trap naar boven bestaat er ook nog een aparte slaapkamer. De suite is erg ruim. Enige minpunt is dat de airco in onze slaapkamer niet werkte en helaas is dit niet verholpen tijdens ons verblijf, ondanks dat dit is gemeld. De monteur en receptioniste zijn wel langsgeweest, maar kon de issue niet vinden en zouden dit doorgeven aan de general manager. Helaas niets meer van gehoord of iemand gezien. We hebben ontbijt en diner bijgeboekt. Genoeg keuzes, voor ieder wat wils. Gerechten zijn wel voornamelijk Poolse gerechten, maar wel erg lekker. Mooie zwembad. Het zwembad is tot 20u open voor kinderen en vanaf 20u tot 22u is het adults only. Er is ook een fitnessruimte en je kunt ook massages boeken (wel vooraf reserveren). In de omgeving zijn er veel activiteiten te doen, zoals kanoën, raften op een traditionele Pools vlootje door de górale etc.. Vanaf het hotel kun je via trappen omhoog naar een straat met winkeltjes zoals, supermarkt, ijswinkel, lokale winkeltjes etc.. erg gezellig om hier s avonds rond te lopen.

I don't recommend the hotel because of the service. We cancelled our stay two days before arrival due to the sudden death of my dad and they even charged us for a parking space. Soulless, disorganized staff. Lack of individual approach to the client.

A very nice hotel: very good food, well-thought-out and very aesthetic architecture, you can feel the cool mountain atmosphere. Pleasant (though relatively small) spa area; very good new restaurant; rooms Ok; the hotel is very well located, 100 meters from the ski lift, 10 minutes from the entrance to the National Park and hiking trails; This is our 3rd stay, and we very rarely return to the same places :) The only minus is the small space in the common areas: lobby bar, spa, swimming pool, gym, games room. This is not a problem if the hotel is not fully booked, but it is very bothersome when there are a larger number of guests (we experienced this on the last day of our stay and before that we did not extend it by an additional day, which was originally planned). It would be useful to create additional common spaces. So five stars if it's not fully booked :)

Perfect Place to be :) Stayed only one night, and all were awesome. Very night quality hotel, kind staff, superb SPA. Restaurants and bar were very good. Definitely recommended neapolitan pizza, so Delicious. Location of the hotel is just perfect, so close the ski slope, and near by river. One kind comment, fitness centre should be available 24/7. Sadly, It was closed after working hours of SPA.

We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly employees. We were on holiday, so there were plenty of attractions. My son is happy with the animation. The pool was small and intimate, but it was never crowded and everyone found a place for themselves. 250 m to the slope. Overall, we are very satisfied. Delicious dinners. Each of us found something for ourselves. For me, too much fish and too little meat. It turned out that there was only fish and nothing else. And I don't eat fish. There was always broth and another soup. There could be fries for children every day;). Breakfasts are monotonous but also good. I rate my stay 5/5.
