The capsule is a bit old, the upper and lower bunks are broken, and I worry about being cut or crushed every time. Everything else is good, full self-service check-in and check-out, in the downtown area

Excellent location. It's right at the centre. The entrance is quite hard to spot as It's above a bar. it's quite spacious inside the capsule. However, you can still hear the surrounding sound. If you have a lot of luggage with you, It's better to book a hotel.

Overall it’s a nice stay, it’s a experiment of the capsule hotel concept maybe in the future can stay in a airport which has the same service.

The bed was squeaky but privacy was maintained. A $20 deposit was required at check-in, but it was refunded later. The location is right in front of World Square.

Great location. Liked the concept of this hotel but found it a little eery when otherthinking who I was sleeping next to 😂 the other capsules were occupied in my room but I didn’t see a single person. Beds were clean but the bathroom could have done with a bit of a renovation. The towel was also a bit thing but nice that it was provided! Toiletries would have been good.

The girls’ space capsule is much cleaner and tidier than the mixed room. I’m quite satisfied this time👍

As a solo female traveler, I had a great stay at this capsule hotel! The pod was bigger than I expected, very cozy, and I felt safe the entire time. While you can't lock the capsule due to fire safety regulations, it wasn’t an issue. Just be mindful not to spray anything inside, as you could get fined. The bathrooms are unisex but can be locked for privacy, which was nice but I didn’t use the showers the one night I stayed. The bed was a little firm but still comfortable with the pillow and duvet. Loved having access to a laundry room and large storage lockers too—super convenient! Very good location too! I prefer these to hostels and you feel like you have your own space!
