We booked a room at W Sydney for five nights this time, but never thought that this international hotel brand could make people so speechless. We originally booked the most basic hotel room type, but when we arrived at the room, we found that we were upgraded to a two-bedroom room for free. The air conditioner in the room on the first night didn't blow any cold air at all, so I went directly to the lobby to inform the hotel staff. The maintenance man arrived outside the room less than 5 minutes after I returned to the room. This one was the only one who didn't have a ladder when he was told that the air conditioner needed to be repaired. He walked around the room and said he needed to get a ladder. It took almost half an hour to get it done. The air conditioner had the same problem again on the second night. This time I informed the hotel via phone. The maintenance man solved the problem quickly this time, but this time a large puddle of water leaked on the ground from the air-conditioning switchboard, so he immediately asked someone from the cleaning department to wipe it dry. The cleaner came to the room about 35 minutes after the maintenance man left the room. As soon as the male cleaner came in, he asked about the areas that needed to be wiped dry, so I didn't quite understand why he had to wipe the door to the bedroom. (You can see in the picture that the location of the leak is still some distance from the bedroom door) It was not until about ten minutes after the male cleaner left that a female staff member and the same female cleaner came to knock on the door again. Let’s not even mention that there shouldn’t be such poor communication between departments in a five-star hotel. If two staff members came to our room later, why would the male cleaner come alone to a room with only women and children after nine o'clock in the evening? At around 8 a.m. on the third day, another male maintenance man came to the room. Less than five seconds after he rang the doorbell, he tapped the card and tried to enter the room. When we ran from the sofa to the kitchen, the door was already open. If we hadn't lowered the top of the door, he could have just rushed into the room. I believe that even if you make sure that there is no opposite sex in the room, an international brand hotel will not suddenly burst into the guest's room. Near dinner time on the fourth and fifth days, I went alone to a place near the hotel to buy takeout. But my friend told me that the phone in my room would ring shortly after I left the room. Once can be a coincidence, but two consecutive nights under the same circumstances has nothing to do with chance. I don't know if this is unprofessionalism on the part of individual employees, or if the hotel has been acquiescing to this behavior. Based on this experience, I would never recommend a single woman or a family with children to go here.

超級無敵張超級無敵邋遢，我已經在這個酒店住過十幾次了，然後第一次過敏這麼嚴重，整個背部又紅又癢又起東西的，最後我續住了，我的要求很簡單，給我換個房間就行了，因為我很累，我不想經常換換去酒店，最後我回來的時候他給我換了很低，樓層的殘疾人房間，****2000多一晚你給我做餐間房間之前的事情你床鋪不乾淨，你沒有跟我道歉處理好你就給我這樣子，然後看我好説話，本來安排好的房間又説沒有了，重新給我安排房間，然後那個女的又是翻白眼，又是發出很討厭的聲音，那個男的也是最後那個經理更噁心，安排參加房間的人是他，而且我是已經提前請一晚溝通過了，跟攜程他們同意可以換房間的，而且我是一件續住的，最後我説我要投訴他們，因為我已經付了錢，而我在大堂已經白白地站了，起碼一個多小時以上我已經付了錢了，當時已經是晚上10:00多，我的相機還留在加配樂酒店，我都説了，要麼你就把今天的房間還給我，然後我轉酒店就這麼簡單，要麼就給我換房間，而且我就是付了錢的呀，我****無語，然後我説你們這樣子不對的我，然後我説我要投訴一下你們集團，然後那個女經理直接給我一個非常惡劣的態度，説就翻譯過來來説你要怎麼樣就怎麼樣哦，然後就不鳥我然後很久都不給我回我自己房間去收拾我自己的行李，然後還叫我什麼交多一次的按金，我説我的卡在房間裡邊呢，我****服了，**一個重點是我每一次去心裏都住這家酒店，加上我男朋友給我另外訂的和我自己訂的八次，那起碼是十幾20次的了，我****服了垃圾

服務員都很熱心，會為客户着想！

Room: Clean and tidy, no odor, but the overall space is relatively small, and there is no night view of the city at all. It is a bit disappointing that the hotel does not advertise that you can see the night view. Hotel overall: The high floor is the bar and swimming pool, but it seems that you have to spend money to see the highest floor. Service: The service at the front desk and check-out is very good, except for the telephone service, because I don’t understand the deposit refund process, I specifically called the hotel to ask, because of poor English, the telephone service staff’s tone is particularly bad, and even made very impatient noises. When switching to Chinese service, the attitude did not improve. It was also very impatient, plus impolite tone. Overall: Five-star hotel, but more than 2,000 a night. If there are other more cost-effective hotels, I will choose others. The service attitude is too bad.
