This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I notified them our flight would be early and they made the effort to identify a room that we could check into early free of charge. After a long flight that was amazing news. We also got a complimentary later checkout. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the shower was luxurious. The rooftop lounge was also a great bonus and Prim went above and beyond, filling my personal water bottle with chilled water and slices of lime. This was just the best experience and I want to thank them very much!

Stayed for five days and four nights. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Many hotels in Australia have old decorations, but this one has a modern and simple style. The room is not small and restrained. The layout is reasonable and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The gym and rooftop are very good, and there is also an office area. It is a good choice for business travel and tourism vacation. The service is also very good. I will choose this hotel next time.

The hotel is new and clean, right at the exit of the subway station. The staff is very friendly. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning in winter. The vents are always blowing cold air and cannot be turned off, which is a bit cold.
