One reason why it doesn't have five stars is that I used the laundry service, 14 pieces of what should be underwear. When I left the hotel, I confirmed that there was no extra charge. However, two days after I returned to China, my bank card was deducted more than 3,000 RMB, close to 4,000 RMB. That's already enough for one day's room rate. The laundry service was ordered through the laptop in the room, and there was no charge shown on it, so I thought it was free and used it. This was a big loss. I applied for a lower charge, but the hotel also gave a tough response without any change, so I'm not satisfied with the attitude towards handling disputes. Everything else is very good. This is the only difference from domestic policies. There may be no reminder of extra charges, and they will be charged through pre-authorization after you leave. Be careful. I probably won't choose to stay in Sydney again this year, because the Capella brand is greatly discounted for this reason. It's very unreasonable.
