The White Hart

Stayed for x 2 nights visiting friends in Swindon and exceeded our expectations and was excellent value for money. The food was was great as was breakfast and staff couldn’t be nicer. Would recommend to anyone and location just outside Swindon proved to ideal for us visiting local attractions

Great food and accommodation, good place to stay in Swindon close to M4 and A419, very friendly staff excellent food and healthy portions, great breakfast in the morning, the accommodation is at a high quality comfortable beds and good WiFi

Booked a funeral wake / reception here for 50 plus people plus several rooms for people staying overnight. Excellent service throughout, good communication, excellent buffet and evening meals. Good prices so all in all could not fault anything. Well done to Lucy and her team.

We have stayed at The White Hart several times over the last couple of years and Lucy always make sure we’re happy and always served well. The rooms are comfortable large and reasonably priced. The breakfast are excellent too also the meals served in the restaurant side are very good the Sunday roast is good value for money.

This was my/our third stay at the White Hart and that alone tells you that it is such a fabulous Hotel. too many accolades to write but everything was above and beyond expectations. The rooms were much bigger than expected and beautifully appointed. Easily on par with the Premier Inn chain but a little bit more special in every way. The Hotel has style, class and character, which is sadly lacking in the larger chains. The staff are simply wonderful and you can have a good chat with them, regardless of the time of day or how busy they are. The restaurant has an eclectic menu but everything is freshly cooked, so you really do get the best meals. The restaurant isn't a bland space, you do feel as though you are in a much classier restaurant and it is always busy. Free parking and quick access to the major routes makes the location ideal for all clientele. We will most definitely be returning for multiple stays and will be looking forward to it. Great location, fair price, quick food, decent portions. Bed could have been better (was two single mattresses) as could pillows, and wifi was patchy. But good value and nice staff. Shower was a bit cold and hard to work, but probably my failure not theirs.

We have stayed here on a few occasions and loved it. Room spacious, clean, and everything you need for a night's stay. The let down this time was unfortunately the food was not to the standard we've had in the past, which has been excellent. Hopefully next time we visit they will make improvements
