Booked a transfer from Sendai Station, about 35 minutes one way. Except for the Kaleidoscope Museum nearby, they are basically more natural, so no shop can be found. The hotel service is very good, breakfast and dinner are OK, is a separate house to live in, the facilities are relatively old, the English level at the front desk is not good, and the price is good. Bathing is quite comfortable.
Lala Resort Hotel Green Green is a 17-story building and located in the upstream of Hirose River. Guest rooms offer the beautiful seasonal scenery. It is fun to bathe with the view of Hirose River bellow. Please enjoy the hot spring bath and the forest relaxation in the Onsen Garden.

Founded in 1986. A full-page newspaper advertisement for that day was posted on the B1F. It feels historical. Suitable for groups and families traveling. The parking lot is also spacious. The number of tourists is increasing due to travel assistance, and there was a line for check-out around 9:30 on Sunday morning. Stayed in a twin room. The room is spacious enough. Because it's an old building, there aren't many electrical outlets, and there are octopus extension cables all over the place. Both meals were satisfying. Dinner is Japanese cuisine made with local ingredients. For breakfast, there was a buffet of zunda mochi. There is a shuttle bus to/from Sendai Station. The best thing about this hotel was the bath. The source water is over 60 degrees, and the water is really hot near the source. The bathtub is large, so find a spot with the heat that suits you and get into it. If it's too hot everywhere else, you can take a dip in the jacuzzi. The hot springs in Akiu are wonderful, and although they may sting a bit on the wound, they keep your skin moist and have a great heat-retaining effect, and after taking a morning bath, you stay warm all day long, even in the cold winter. Ta. I want to come again!

20231125 The room is oversized and can sleep 6 people. Take the Western Line from Sendai and get off at the hotel for 1 minute, but it is too dark in winter and there is no street light to see the road. If you don't order dinner after 7 pm, you can go to the 3rd floor to have a place to eat simple ramen.

GGuest UserIt's a new hotel that I just made last year. I booked this hotel on an expedition for a concert. The room is a new hotel, so it's all shiny. The windows are big, the curtains are fashionable, and the water around the room is circling. Nothing to say! The size of the public bath was just warmed up -- the front desk was on the seventh floor, and when I returned to the hotel after the concert, I was able to take a row in front of the elevator. I bought lunch at seven on the first floor late. But when you can eat night meals for free...it was better than lunch. The breakfast was also the best. Just at 11 o'clock check out, there was a row waiting for the elevator on each floor, and I couldn't ride it several times and I sent it. I will ask for improvement there Next, if I have something to come to Sendai again, I will definitely book again!
GGuest UserWe stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!
IISsey MiYakeI love this hotel so much.
Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel.
Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far )
If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go.
We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car.
Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.
JJennifer W.Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.
HHUNG 台湾からPros: This is my second stay at one of the few urban hotels with hot springs.
The transportation is convenient and the market is nearby. All the fun things to do are nearby
The single room is large enough.
Disadvantages: There are few seats for breakfast and the space is small. One person is assigned to sit in a seat for 4 people, and there are many people queuing behind. It is very embarrassing for one person to occupy a seat for 4 people, so I cannot finish my breakfast slowly and leisurely.
A senior-looking person at the counter gave me a quick and simple mechanical check-in procedure when I checked in. There was no introduction to the facilities. He just handed me the instruction manual and read it myself. I felt that the service was very cold and there was no detailed explanation. Other counter staff were much more friendly.
Will stay again if given the chance.
GGuest UserBecause my schedule was unclear, I made reservations for each night and was unable to get a non-smoking room, but when I called just before to inquire, I was able to stay in the same room for consecutive nights by downgrading the room. Therefore, I decided to cancel another hotel that I had booked for consecutive nights and stay here instead.
The price was higher, but I'm glad I chose this one because of the ♨.
Personally, I was happy to receive a complimentary lactic acid drink, but I drink it after a bath and before going to bed at night, so I thought it would have been better if it was provided in the evening.
EEpi WVery clean & nice environment, good service like using washing machine free! Onsen area also spacious, breakfast extremely good. Booking through Trip.com was of better price than others. Highly recommend.
GGuest UserLocation is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.
HHoSGreat hotel in a fantastic location within walking distance to JR central train station with limited car parking facilities directly behind the hotel and next to a local train station (which we forgot the name of the station as we rented a vehicle).
If you drive to the hotel and decided to use the hotel car park (subject to availability), the hotel will charge you ¥1500.00 per night with unlimited entry and exit within the next 24 hours. Of course there are plenty of other car parks nearby too which offers cheaper rate for parking but you’ll have to hunt around or just pay the ¥1500 for the convenience.
The onsen (indoor only no outdoor and the water is milky) is located on the 2nd floor which is the same floor with the hotel only restaurant which offers buffet breakfast. The gender separated onsen closes at midnight and won’t be opened till 9am the next day so you’ll need to time yourself well.
There is a laundry and dryer self service facilities with vending machines and complimentary ice making machine on the 2nd floor for your convenience.
Breakfast is a typical western and Japanese affairs however you won’t be left hungry.
Service is of typical Japanese affairs where you will be greeted each time you walk past the reception. The hotel encourages you to pick up tea bags, onsen body scrubs, tooth brushes, combs etc next to the ground floor lifts before you head up to your room.
If you stay more than a day but less than 3 days, the hotel won’t provide room service but they’ll gladly change the towels and clear the bins for you.
We are allocated to a smallest room on 11th floor (room:1106) facing the Yodobashi multi story car park, so request for any middle rooms facing the train station would get you a bigger a better view.
Comfortable stay and nice bed and good bathroom and for the price we pay, we have no complain.
TTomKXYI’ve stayed in many budget and business hotels in Japan. This was by far my worst experience. I stayed for several days to attend a conference nearby. The price was reasonable and location was close to subway and central city. There must be better options in this area and price range. Consider this a last resort hotel when bookings aren’t available elsewhere. Service was poor by Japanese standards. Rooms were run down and in dire need of renovations, it smelled a lot of cigarettes, especially if you opened the window. Walls were thin and it was difficult to sleep with noisy neighbours and firm uncomfortable bedding. A breakfast service is available but I don’t recommend this, the food available is limited and lacks the usual continental options or local specialties typical for Japanese hotels. I communicated with staff almost entirely in Japanese and I’m not sure they are able to accommodate foreign tourists who cannot. For these reasons I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting Japan from abroad.
