Chengdu Hotels with Swimming Pools

Our stay at Mercure was nothing but good! great service by the staffs with lots of perks like a free Haagen-daz per day or high tea which comes with (coffee + desserts)!✨ there is a table with 3 types of drinks that is there for us to drink anytime of the day! best part was there is a free laundry room with everything prepared (detergent,netting, laundry bag and even bottles of water while u wait)! There is also a mini gym beside it👌🏼 I'm pretty sure the location can't get any better than this 💯❤️🔥 and as we left on Christmas Eve, they gave all of us a Christmas gift (平安果） after we checked out which was really nice 💗 there's also many food trucks right opposite the hotel which was really yummy! My whole family loved it ❤️🔥 We all had an amazing time there!

We were there in Chengdu and faced some sudden changes in our itinerary when arriving,the staffs was extremely helpful and friendly in assisting us for all the problems and queries. I had my mother and brother birthdays on the day we checked in, the staff did a lot of surprises with decorations and cards, really appreciate the help from the morning sets of service crew. I may not get their names but i remember the gentleman with spectacles, along with two ladies with great smiles. 100% would recommend our friends or families to choose this hotel whenever they visit chengdu!!!

Excellent location right in front of Taikoo Li. Service also impeccable as they go out of their way to help set up Weixin pay etc and guide us to the best restos. Family suite really good layout with two rooms and two bathrooms. Breakfast is good too allowing you to taste local delicacies like a soy bean curd bar.

This was probably the best hotel I have ever been to (and I’ve been to hundreds). The pallette is dark colors that gives the property an aura of ancient luxury even if it is super modern. The check-in is in the reception on the 41st floor, a marvellous space with a mural on one side and a great city view on the other. The staff were super attentive. For example, when they cleaned my room they would notice I drink a lot of the free water so they would leave me an extra bottle or two. In the room there is a massage chair, something that seems popular in Asia but I personally would not use. I also recommend the two restaurants. Both have reasonable prices. The one of the 41st floor is buffet with a wide selection. The one on the fifth floor is chines a la carte menu. I recommend the wantons there. Also wanted the try their tea place in the reception area, as it looked fantastic, but did not managed.

The hotel is in the same building as the celebrity hotel. Very excellent location close to Tianfu square. You can go shopping, eating and visiting the landmark of Chengdu. I do love the location About the facility, they provide laundry, coffee room and children playground on the ninth floor.

The hotel has simple basic amenities that meet the needs of travelers. Especially thankful for the washer and dryer available. However, the hotel should increase manpower to deter hotel guests from messing with the laundry for their own convenience! Someone took out our laundry from the dryer to place theirs in without a care that our laundry was left wet in a basket!

I booked a room on MFW before, and booked it on the day I got the concert tickets. I didn't expect that the price was quite different when I checked it out. I contacted the MFW platform and they said that they wrote that they could not refund or reschedule when I booked it. After I arrived at the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk lady named Wang, I contacted the housekeeping department. Manager Liu personally communicated with the MFW platform and explained the situation. The hotel agreed to refund the room, and the problem was quickly resolved. When they learned that I was here to watch the concert, the hotel also prepared surroundings and warm baby, which was very heartwarming. Check-in was also very smooth. The concert was at 19:00, and it was completely in time to leave from the hotel at 18:00. It took only a few minutes to walk to the venue. The location is excellent, and the lake view is also beautiful. The hotel also has midnight snacks after the concert. I am very satisfied with all aspects. If I have the opportunity to come again next time, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel. Any problems can be solved in time, the staff is very enthusiastic, thank you very much to Manager Liu, Miss Wang Lingling at the front desk, Miss Zeng Dan Mia at the front desk, and other staff for giving us a wonderful experience❤️ The hotel has a beautiful environment, with a view at every step. Due to time, I didn't have time to appreciate it. Not only can you book this hotel for concerts, but it is also very suitable for parents and children, with a special parent-child dining area and children's activity area. I also found pet supplies in the hotel, and many small details are in place. Arrived late at night and was greeted by an energetic young receptionist called Zheng Xia (郑霞). She was handling the reception alone. After checking me in, two more groups of travellers came and one of them was rushing for her to check him in. She handled them smoothly and calmly. She’s one of the few service staff whom I observe who care for her customers and treat them with warmth and smile. Way to go. You need more people like her around. Room was clean, the toilet smells a little but it might be the dampness in Chengdu. Toilet and tub were very clean too. Daily housekeeping does a good job. Provided with lots of bottled water. Had a projector screen in the room to watch the dramas and shows you want. Room used Xiao Du, the smart AI to control curtains and lights. Pretty cool. Hotel is a little away from the train station but cycling is a very convenient way to go about the city.

Clean and nice hotel, located in the city center and the night shift staff in the receptionist who can speak english is very helpful

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Wenshuyuan scenic area. It's not far from Taikoo Li, Kuanzhai Alley, and People's Park. The starting price is a few yuan. There is also a direct bus to the panda base downstairs, which is very convenient for going out to play and do things. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. Basically, you will get a direct and relevant answer to any question. When you check in, you will also recommend restaurants where Chengdu locals eat. The courtyard is very comfortable, a bit like Southeast Asia. It would be nice if there was music by the swimming pool, but unfortunately there was only music in front
