Eingangstür zum Zimmer lagt quasi auf der Straße und war schlecht zu verschließen. Die Zimmer waren zur Straße ausgerichtet (ca.10m) und waren in der Woche wegen des Durchgangsverkehrs viel zu laut.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Rooms has catered for all facilities. Rooms has a little fridge where you can selfstock or buy beverages from them. Would be nice if room had an aircon but there was a ceiling fan. Grounds well maintained. Well worth the money.

Warm welcome, super clean spacious room beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed Last minute booking that was very pleasant and well priced. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby. Definitely recommended

Stanza situata poco fuori dal centro di Swellendam, comodo il servizio di parcheggio in area recintata. La stanza è spaziosa ed il letto abbastanza comodo. La stanza necessità di evidenti migliorie: - la porta di ingresso non chiude perfettamente lasciando passare molta aria, il che in inverno rende freddissima la stanza; - la stanza non ha praticamente finestre, è peggio di un bunker; - il bagno si allaga ad ogni doccia perchè il soffione è praticamente in corrispondenza dell'apertura della doccia walk-in

The doors to the rooms, we were in room no 9, are very low - my partner bumped his head on the way in: add at least a visible warning or hazard tape to the door to clearly identify the possibility that you can hurt yourself. The cold water was frozen in the pipes, I had to add our drinking water in the bathtub - the cold-water pipes should be insulated to keep it from freezing during winter: it is an inconvenience when you want to take a bath and only hot water is available. The water is actually very hot and can cause burning.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans la Guesthouse et l'accueil était très gentil. La chambre correcte avec ce qu'il fallait dedans. Parking sécurisé avec un portail. La piscine était très grande mais un peu fraiche. Nous avons pris la formule du petit-déjeuner à 150 ZAR par personne. Très bon choix, un petit bircher nous attendait sur la table et ensuite le choix entre une omelette ou un English breakfast. A notre arrivée un lit bébé avait été installé pour notre fille de 2 ans. Seul point négatif, l'établissement est à côté d'une route assez fréquentée, si vous avez les chambres côté route, c'est moins sympa de profiter de la petite terasse.

We had a great stay at Elianthe Guesthouse as part of our tour along Garden Route. Good location, clean room and friendly staff. The guesthouse location is within walking distance of nice Restaurants.

Elianthe Boutique is lovely, easy to find, clean, tidy and well located for access to the town and restaurants. We left our car in the secure parking area to stroll round the town and visit coffee houses before preparing to the evening.
