Our brief stay at the Courtyard Harrisburg Hershey was excellent. The inside of the property feels updated and well kept, with our room being recently renovated and very clean. Andrea, Sonya, and Bryan at the front desk were all so warm and friendly and really made us feel welcome. The hotel is located conveniently right off the freeway making for an easy 15 minute trip to Hersheypark, which was the main reason for our visit. However, once in the hotel/room, we didn’t hear any freeway noise at all. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hershey!

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Harrisburg Hershey. I arrived very late on my first night and received a very warm welcome from the clerk on the desk. The next day I forget to ask to have my room cleaned. I approached the cleaning team and asked for the extra service. The lady told me to let the front desk know and she’d gladly take care of my request. I did that and within. Few hours my room was taken care of. I truly appreciate the exceptional service at this hotel. I’ll be back next year for my company’s golf tournament.

Good stay for two nights on a work trip. Breakfast and dinner people were really good and my food was great. I had a small issue with my room which was handled really well by the hotel management. The bistro area provided a warm, welcoming area to do work at night. Room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides to this hotel was the elevator worked fine, but the interior was quite worn.

This was a great hotel close to Hershey but quiet to unwind after day in the park. Close to shopping and dining as well. Very clean and well maintained. Bar/bistro area is nice addition as well to grab a quick snack, breakfast, starbucks, or evening glass of wine.

Great hotel. Helpful staff and in a good location. Marriott should take note and mirror this Courtyard with all other Courtyards. Ive spent over 100 nights here this year. Hotels like this keep me a loyal Marriott customer.

Great place to stay!. Rooms are nice and updated. Staff was friendly and nice! Another bonus is that Hershey is only 10-15 minutes away. I would go back and stay there again. The Starbucks and amenities are also very nice.

Stayed for just one night for a business trip with the meetings all being held at the hotel. When I walked in I had to wait probably just 3 or 4 minutes to register and the woman couldn't have been more apologetic. She started a trend that I experienced repeatedly over the next 24 hours of great kindness. Every single employee that I ran into was friendly, from just quickly passing in the hall to the bartender that stayed open an extra hour for a group of us, to the folks that served lunch the next day. In this day and age customer service has suffered tremendously, and this stay was the total opposite - what a refreshing throwback! When I got home I realized that I left something behind and this also was handled quickly and professionally. Without a doubt I would stay here again - Thank You!!!

The hotel was nice, very busy and unfortunately under construction which was not shown in the website. Parking was very limited and the fire alarm went off early in the morning. They also put us in the wrong room - we reserved a king suite. They accommodated us and moved us. We stayed the weekend of Oct 21. The rooms was comfortable and staff was amicable.

We have stayed here two years in a row when we come up to go to the Christmas experience at Hershey Park. The location is perfect, Hershey Park is easy to get to and yet we were away from all of the craziness. Our room has always been clean and it fits for our family. All of the staff have been so helpful and answering all of our questions, especially Lindsi. We are planning to be back this coming December again.
