幾乎是0服務的Apartment，而且定之前再三確認的房型還是最後入住了錯誤的房型。也沒有前台服務，因為我們是聖誕假期去的這個是可以理解的。不過到了後給了個信封，寫了房間號，卻沒有告知房間不在這棟樓，什麼都沒説明的敷衍態度！是我是絕對不會再住了！不過攜程客服是有責任心的幫助協調和支持，但攜程告知這個Apartment不承認錯誤和拒絕理賠！那就沒什麼好説的！

意外的滿意，酒店在斯沃爾維爾鎮上，出門就是美景，樓下還有餐廳，超市和商場。房間也很寬敞和乾淨，性價比很高！但是沒有停車場，附近找停車位就可以！

Flott leilighetshotell uten frokost
Vennetur med 11 personer i 2 leiligheter med 3 rom med eget bad pr leilighet.
Flotte leiligheter.
Litt skuffende at det ble opplyst at vi ikke kunne kjøpe frokost, når det allikevel var mulig i restauranten. Spiste frokost på Thon hotell i stedet.

Bad experience with an unique accommodation
We were informed that a standard breakfast couldn' t be provided just the day of arrival when all shops and almost all restaurants were closed due to public holidays. We got a completely inadequate compensation for breakfast for 4 people for 2 days.
Moreover, machine grinding of the floors took place in the building from morning to evening every day throughout our stay. Surprisingly, the operator did not close the the hotel and charged full price during such a reconstruction. The reception was closed

Et fantastisk opphold!
Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold her. På grunn av covid-19 var ikke frokostsalen åpen, men det gjorde ingenting- verten dukket opp på døra med en kurv fylt med mat. Rommene var moderne og rene, med sjøutsikt. Kommer garantert tilbake hit!

Luksusta pienin puuttein
Hieno huoneisto, vain muutama puute.Ruoan valmistusvälineitä oli vain yksi kanneton kattila. Huoneistossa oli tilaa peräti 80 neliötä, mutta siitä oli käytetty toisen makuuhuoneen wc:n istuimelle vain 60 cm:n leveys.
