Was upgraded to suite on non-smoking floor, although in the morning, I found a guest smoking in the lift lobby on non smoking floor. Nice hotel with restaurants in the building. Easy travel by Didi to Suzhou Train Station. Chinese breakfast.

I really liked the hotel a lot! The room is really spacious and comfortable, the inner courtyard is beautiful and the location is great within Gusu! The only slight drawback which i supposed can't be held in an old building is that I found several bugs in the room, in particular across the bed. Also room service forgot a nail on top of it - I am guessing otherwise I have no idea how it got there. Everything else was clean and well managed. Would definetly come again!

Nice staff and good location The room is quite small with unnecessary two sinks. It would be nice if they cleaned the windows overlooking the outside views. However, staff are professional and helpful. One of them helped us with the Didi application and we really appreciated. The location is good too. It’s just a short walk to the bus stop where you can get to many attractions. They also provide a lovely map for guests.

I highly recommend Yinxiang Yisu Inn! The location was excellent very conveniently located in 光前街. Lots of shops and food around. Very friendly staff and cozy room. Help to receive my taobao delivery and once i reached the place everything was consolidated and passed to me. The owner even came to greet me at my room and gave me a 糯米团 as snack. Also give me some 苏州攻略 since its my first time here. Very helpful! On my last day, he even personally helped me bring my luggage to the Didi car. Sucha wonderful stay!

I recently stayed 1 night at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel itself is new, modern, and located in a very convenient area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warmth and helpfulness made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I like this hotel very much! The room, reception area, dining hall are super! Breakfast are varieties choices. The have free supper ie. Dumplings soup, unfortunately I can’t eat cos am vegetarian. The location close to metro station by 500m (5-10min) walk, 观前街just an opposite, walking distance 500m.

This was a last minute booking for me and my friend as it was late and we were too tired to travel the long journey back home. So we decided to spend the night here. What a wonderful experience for us. This is my second time at this hotel and I love everything about it. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating towards our needs at that hour of the day. Truly a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was great as well and just what we needed to travel back home. Definitely a favourite hotel for me.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

The child had a birthday and asked to stay at the hotel on the birthday. We specially booked a night to meet the child's request. The hotel service exceeded expectations, warm and thoughtful. The housekeeper Tang Zixuan was always online and caring, and paid attention to the needs of the guests. The room cleaning staff was also warm and thoughtful. The special surprise was that they knew it was our birthday and helped us decorate the room and sent a birthday cake. The child was very happy. There was also a corner in the breakfast area specially decorated as a children's area, so that the children could watch cartoons and play with toys after eating, and parents could have a good breakfast. It was very good.
