怎麼説呢，單看酒店的環境以及服務還是不錯的，自助早餐也很nice。但是吧，衝著温泉去的，雖然我是和房間一起預訂的套餐，不算很貴，但這個温泉對外的售價可是198元一個人，如果不是套餐的話，住店客人優惠價格也要158元一個人，其實不便宜的吧。結果去的時候開放的池子衹有6個，而且部分池子很臟，能明顯看到水中的漂浮物。然後就是房間，別墅房間的隔音真的挺糟糕的，晚上很晚了但凡外面有點動靜都聽得清清楚楚。然後房門下面的縫隙很大，走廊的光亮都到房間裏面了。作為一個五鑽酒店，着實差點意思。

優點：
1、酒店場地很大，而且毗鄰太湖，（不像無錫的太湖飯店，與太湖還有很遠距離），租了電瓶車在太湖邊騎行，很不錯（120/小時，如果是非電動應該是80/小時，基本一小時夠了）。房間設施也不用擔心，對得起這個價格。望湖樓的裝修更經典大氣，類似國賓館風格，大廳盡頭可望湖，很適合拍照。
2、雖然是別墅房，但是服務跟的上，讓送個水等，服務員速度都很快。別墅房一樓應該還有庭院，不錯。此外，自駕的可以把車停在別墅門口，非常方便拿取東西或者出行。很多酒店要在房間走廊走很久才能出門，這裏不存在。
3、小童關懷很到位，看得出酒店有在努力吸引親子游家庭。房間寫了提供小童牙具、床品等多種小童用品；早餐廳有小童餐具消毒櫃，放了很多小童餐具供自取；泳池提供小童拖鞋，甚至有小童沖澡間，內置沐浴露；望湖樓外的小童娛樂區有秋千、滑梯、小動物（山羊、孔雀）等。
4、娛樂項目：送的温泉票。温泉和泳池在一起，泳池出來可以直接去隔壁温泉，還有汗蒸。温泉分兩層，下面一層有頂棚，下雨也可泡，上面一層露天，應該環境很好，可望太湖。
5、氛圍：酒店人不多。感覺別墅房對外接待，望湖樓的酒店房間可能做政府或會議接待？總之我們工作日前去，人很少很愜意，泳池、樂園基本沒人。
6、酒店管理較好，服務員態度非常親和，這個可以自己感受。
如果説缺點：
1、中餐廳餐品較少且都是大菜（貴），家庭出遊來説選擇有限。當然附近也有商場、外賣。
2、小童室內遊樂場本身是在一樓，且燈光有點昏暗。
3、有沒有哪家酒店可以在早上用毛巾把室外小童樂園的露水擦一下啊。。。早上溜娃的玩不上可真有點失落啦。
4、早餐廳偏小，品種略少，但認為不影響就餐體驗。
