Very pleasant trip, celebrating my mother's birthday. I had afternoon tea, dinner and buffet breakfast at the hotel. I was quite satisfied with all three meals. The service was very warm and thoughtful. The dinner tasted good and the dishes were exquisite. The Aozao noodles were highly praised. The breakfast was rich in variety. The room with a hot spring bath was booked. The room was very large and the view was very good. You can see the hotel's interior pond, the black swan and the outer circle of the Taihu Lake sunset. The hotel lighting was praised. It was very bright. I like it very much 😄 I would like to praise Guo Siyu at the front desk. He took the door card with him twice when he went out. The service was very enthusiastic. He also gave the child a little duck before leaving.

The room is very nice, with a simple and elegant layout! The buffet breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western cuisine, and the hotel service is warm and thoughtful! The huge Christmas tree has a beautiful Christmas winter atmosphere, which is great!

The hotel was booked for Wangyan Hot Spring. The hot spring was great and the hotel was a surprise beyond expectations! The family twin room was booked. The room was large and spacious. My two elderly people and I lived very comfortably. The environment was clean and sanitary, and the facilities were complete. The scenery outside the hotel was very good. There was a stone road in the garden that led to the Taihu Lake trail outside. You can check in the beautiful sunset in the evening. The hotel service was very enthusiastic. The lobby manager would take the initiative to inform and arrange a shuttle bus to take guests to the hot spring next door. When I came back late, the restaurant was closed. I asked if there was anything to eat. The restaurant staff was still very enthusiastic to arrange meals for us even if they were about to get off work. Before checking out, I suddenly wanted to take a walk by the lake. I asked casually. Jingjing at the front desk patiently recommended the walking route and gave us feed for the swans. The two old children were very happy to feed the swans in the garden. If she hadn't told us that there was a stone road leading to the lake, we would probably have missed such a beautiful scenery. Jingjing also handled the check-out. She was enthusiastic and quick, and also gave the two elderly people mineral water to drink on the road.
