酒店雖在太湖邊，但由於酒店裡的綠化非常茂盛，站在高層陽台衹能隱約看到若隱若現的湖景。其次房間設施有年代感，衞生間設計缺少私隱保護。雖然11月份，陽台門關閉後特別悶熱，但空調卻不能啟用，導致整體感受相當不舒服。
自助早餐品種少，且7點才開始供應，這算不上不足，僅供有入住需求的作為參考。

秋冬樹葉景觀房絕了，遊玩設施也很多，有條小河水看着也很乾凈，有果樹，適合帶小孩，定了兩款房型，温度設定一樣房間温差缺滿大不知道什麼原因，管家小邢服務好，回覆很快，遇到問題也很及時的幫我們解決 非常感謝他。

這次出行安排比較匆忙，但選擇這個酒店看來沒有錯。酒店地理環境優越，就在太湖邊，離高速口也不遠，條件得天獨厚。這次主要為兩個孩子過生日來散散心，結果預訂之後酒店管家就第一時間聯繫我，按照我的要求為兩個孩子生日做了準備，特地準備了生日蛋糕，還給升級了房型。入住之後，管家小邢也時刻與我們保持溝通，為我們提供各種幫助。孩子這次出行過生日非常開心，感謝酒店的熱情招待，臨走時還贈送了小禮物。有了這次體驗，下次還會選擇這裏

湖景房比較寬敞還有陽台，有淋浴和浴缸，床褥整潔乾淨，室內泳池、健身房很不錯，早餐餐廳有較大的油蠔氣要改進的

黃金水岸大酒店，已N次入住。但對於這次入住，不得不提一下酒店管家小姐姐翟榮榮，在入住前一天，小翟聯繫我，詢問入住的一些相關事宜。入住當天，她特意在酒店大堂迎接我們，向我們介紹酒店的基本情況及周邊的景點和交通，還親自用行李貨車裝着我們的所有行李，送到每個房間，酒店還送了水果，很暖心，也很感動。在店期間，她每天詢問我們入住的感受和要求，對工作真是盡心盡責，對客人如同家人，職業素養高，必須大讚👍。
還要提一人，就是酒店的總經理李卿，在店期間，茶館消費，發生了點小誤會，李總及時到場，妥善處理，圓滿解決。李總人帥心善，處事能力強，有李總這樣的領導及翟榮榮這樣高素質的員工，酒店事業必定蒸蒸日上。這樣的酒店，必須五星好評，值得推薦，還會入住。
