房間又大又新，服務態度熱情，早餐可口乾凈，酒店本身就是一個小花園，周遭環境寧靜無比，值得推薦，蘇州旅遊點贊

挺好的整潔乾淨

I booked here for my family, but I didn't come because I was not feeling well. The front desk actually fooled my family and didn't give her breakfast. What? 房間隔音非常差 半夜可以聽到旁邊房間各種説話聊天聲音 一樓窗户外面垃圾房 早上一大早垃圾車收垃圾的噪音也很鬧心 早餐可選擇種類不是很多 現燒的麪條還可以

地理位置好，有點老了，但老飯店更有味道；特別是服務上，019號的前台無微不至，很貼心到位的服務，讓我下次來蘇州，還會選擇這裏。
