地理位置很好，主要的景點步行可到，附近美食亦很多。前台的員工服務很到位，常常笑容滿面。衛生亦搞得十分好。特別讚揚管家小朱的服務。唯一的不便是出入地鐵站。酒店很近懸橋巷站2口，但電梯只有上，如果帶大件行李箱進入站，要搬數拾級的樓梯而下。如果用1口進入，因為附近修路，完全不能拉行李箱前往。
