We love the Crowne Plaza and always try to book ourselves there when we’re on vacation. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. They are near the mall so there are a lot of restaurants nearby to try. I love taking walks by the lake. Beautiful!

因為是公寓，沒有天然氣，淋浴房的儲水衹能堅持15分鐘，這一點我覺得是硬傷。至於服務我完全沒感覺有服務，入住前沒有聯繫，當天下午3點到了樓下我自己聯對方才告訴我具體位置和怎麼入住。到達房間後衞生沒打掃，大概4點半左右才完成打掃，第二天帶孩子考級要晚於12點才回去，也是交涉了半天才同意免費延後到1點退房。當然有國慶節客流大等客觀原因，但也希望服務質量能隨着房價一起上漲。

I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

Finally, I want to say that the service of the sugar art lady at the front desk is good, considerate, enthusiastic, and proactive, and it is super sweet (you can tell from the name that the sugar content is super high 🤗). Can you understand the sudden thought of a huge fan roaring at four o'clock in the middle of the night? In short, I couldn't sleep well, I had a headache, and my experience was immediately deducted. Also, we found out that the basin drain was clogged the night we checked in, and we even asked the master to repair it. It was also difficult to get through to the front desk phone, which made me feel deeply helpless. . . . . . . . . . . . . I gave feedback to the hotel but there was no effective response.

But there was also a horrible thing in the hotel. We lived on the 5th floor. On the morning of the 1st, we got up and saw a cockroach that was more than 1 foot in the bathroom. After stepping on it, we would move. I don’t know if I had climbed people at night. It’s very scary. After coming down and telling the reception desk, we immediately changed the room on the 3rd floor. In the room, the duty manager explained that the hotel environment is located in the wetland park, there are more insects, just killed some time ago, the room on the 5th floor is usually not used,..., this experience is the previous hotel has never experienced, it makes a bad mood, the next 2 days live on the 3rd floor, I am worried that there will be cockroaches?
