깨끗하고 위치도 좋았어요 방도 큰편이었고 저층이라 조금 아쉬었지만 위치가 좋아 여행 잘 할수 있었네요 다음에도 방문하고 싶어요

The room environment is very good, the hygiene and facilities are clean and comfortable, the bedding is of good quality, and the sleep quality is good. The hotel has complete ancillary facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym, which is very good for both adults and children. The quality and taste of breakfast are also good. You can enjoy the beautiful view while eating breakfast on the top floor. The hotel service is very good, and the front desk staff are very nice and patient. I will stay here again next time I come to Suwon.

1) Parking is free for one vehicle, additional vehicles are 60,000 won per night, and visiting vehicles are free for 3 hours. The parking lot is a bit steep and the entrance is not wide, so be careful that low-profile vehicles can get scratched! 2) The pool is smaller than you think. It is called an outdoor pool, but... it is not a rooftop pool like you would normally think of, and there is no photo spot. There is an additional charge of 33,000 won for 2 people. 3) The gym is too small and there is no equipment. There are only two treadmills and two bicycles.... There are no barbells. There are only dumbbells. 4) If you need ice and wine glasses, you have to go to the 6th floor with the ice bucket in your room and get them yourself. 5) The staff were very friendly. 6) The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of options! I highly recommend the breakfast-included package. 7) It is hygienic because it is not carpeted but has a wooden floor. 8) Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided. 9) The refrigerator is not working properly.

For Chinese guests, we hope to provide corresponding Chinese services so that they can feel at home; and we suggest that breakfast be added directly to the room rate.
