温泉は良いのですが、温度管理等温泉を目当てにしていた者としては問題がある様に思いました。 また、浴衣の襟がシワクチャ等クリーニングに問題がありました。（あまりにも酷いので交換して頂いたのですが、それもシワクチャでした。この様な経験は初めてでした。）各スタッフは気持ち良い対応をして頂きました。要は経営者の温泉文化に対する理解に残念なところがあるのではと思いました。
