This hotel does not have toiletries, toothbrush and slippers are not provided, you have to buy them separately. We ended up going out for a 10 minute walk for takeaway.
There are unknown body hairs on the sheets, but they don’t belong to us. We found out before we lay down and lifted the quilt. It really affects the feeling of staying. This should be the worst hotel experience we’ve ever stayed in so far. up.
This hotel does not provide toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

The staff were very friendly and approachable which really made the trip feel extra special! The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was tasty. Couldn’t have asked for more! The hotel was also close to shopping centre and to the train station and had nearby bus stops making it easy to get around the town

The cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a while,staff were fantastic plenty of coffee avaliable and a little gift left in room for daughters birthday overall a fantastic trip in lovely location close to everything but far enough out of the hassle and bussle, breakfast was delicous too with lots of options and avaliablity

Great standards of room and breakfast, it was nice that very much walkable to bus, train and shopping centre , staff very friendly and helpful, stayed three nights and we really enjoyed, thank you Sutton team , we are going to come back again in Christmas time.

On the moment of arrival we were made welcome, we went to the room and found the room very clean and the team were very helpful, kind and understanding , the hotel is great and so quite no noise at all , with great team and breakfast was so lovely , thanks a lot , will come back soon
