The location of the hotel is perfect about the cleanliness of the reception staff. ***The meat is good and they are friendly. The reason why I gave 1 star is that I wanted to have my dinner at the hotel restaurant on the first day and I went to the smoking area at the back. I asked the attendant what there was for soup and he told me that if you are going to drink soup, this is the tavern section for raki drinkers. He said, "We're taking you in, let's take you in" and it bothered me to see discrimination there and being treated like a third-class human in front of everyone. Of course, I didn't eat there. The next day, I wanted to order food to the room and looked at the menu from the QR code. I ordered pizza, fanta and soda. When I added up the prices on the menu, it was 85 TL in total. When checking out of the hotel, they said you have to pay 135 TL, so I went there and charged 50 TL more to show their quality. I objected, but I said what's the use, our prices may vary, and ran away to the restaurant. The lady on duty said no explanation, no apology, it's a very amateur restaurant and its staff. I have no words, I think you should clean up the restaurant staff, I have stayed in Ramada hotels so much, it is a disgrace to Ramadas, the restaurant lowers your quality, I will write about it everywhere, let's pay that much money, treat them like a 3rd class human just because I don't drink raki, shame on you.

I prefer Ramada hotels in the provinces I visit for my job. Elazığ Ramada is centrally located, clean and spacious rooms, numerically the company's discounted prices are quite affordable, the quality of the breakfast appeals to every taste, I recommend it..
