Overall, my experience was quite good. The room was very clean, and the staff were amazing. I do wish they had more facilities, but I was aware of what was available when I made my booking.
The only issue I encountered was with a staff member, whom I believe was a manager. He was being quite rude to his own staff right in front of customers. I find that behavior unacceptable; it’s not appropriate to treat your own employees this way, especially in front of customers.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of Hyde Park, museums, cathedrals, art galleries, botanical gardens, harbors, and Victoria Buildings. The night view of the city from the room is also beautiful. The hotel service is also warm. After returning home, I found that my favorite skirt 👗 was left in the hotel closet and forgot to pack it. After contacting the hotel, they also mailed it back to me. Thank you.
