Great location for my visit to Surprise, AZ area. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff treated me wonderfully. Richard took the time to help me with the buffet breakfast options and hooked me up with a light breakfast as I only had a few minutes before I headed out for an early appointment. If I would have had more time, I would have opted for the full buffet because it looked and smelled delicious. Thank you!

I’ve never been more impressed with the staff and cleanliness of a hotel. Truly in awe and happy with what true service looks like! Richard and Julie food staff are phenomenal. Caleb at front desk is wonderful as well. They were immediate to help with any of our requests. Great gym too!

We were there for 10 days dealing with a death in the family. There were 4 of us in 2 rooms, 419 & 427. I would like to send a special “thank you “ to the following staff members who we dealt with during our stay: Jesse, Caleb, Monique/guest services; Richard, Willam, Fred, Angie,Taylor/food and beverage! These staff members were all very friendly, nice, helpful and professional each time we spoke. They all deserve a special thank you from us for always being helpful and supper employees!! Very nice hotel . Rooms were very spacious and very quiet. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Caleb at the front desk was very courteous and compassionate. Excellent customer service. Would return next time I am in that area.

This hotel is excellent! It is very clean. The staff is awesome but Richard (Chef) is the best! The other employees I can remember that made my stay feel good are Williams & Taylor. All employees are very nice - unfortunately, I can’t remember all their names. Keep it up!

Quite new hotel (2020), spacious rooms, clean and very friendly staff, like Richard working in the restaurant. Large swimming pool and shaded outdoor area. New and safe surroundings with restaurants and grocery stores easily reachable by car. Be aware of high temperatures here in summer and early autumn. Visited the hotel as part of a self planned Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Phoenix and back to Pasadena holiday.

We stayed for a baseball tournament and found this to be a wonderful location with very friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed and the entire facility is spotless! The open concept lobby is fantastic for relaxing with family and friends, with TVs and couches to lounge on, a bar and dining areas. There are several outdoor seating areas as well. The food and service were also excellent, especially Richard who helped us get exactly what we needed each morning.

The check in experience was very welcoming and pleasant. Calob was a delight his recommendation for food was great. Very friendly thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. The room was very nice and clean big thanks to the housekeeping team great job. Will most definitely stay at this property in the future. Thank you!!!!
