I saw some guests on the Reseption who try to leave to hotel earlier a day or two. First of all the Reseption staff are not attention of the guests who are waiting a long time in a queue. They learn a new staff taking by phone but for those who stay in front of them they are not care! They didn’t want to make a refund for the parking until we asked! So rude! The management should pay attention to this! The reception is a face of the hotel !

Very old amenities, cabinets are broken. Sofa, table and carpets are quite old.
Very thin curtains, doesn’t block any light in the morning. Barely any blankets for this weather, had to turn heater to 27 to keep warm at night.
City view room gives us this view…
Only good part is the location, close to tram station and beach.
