Service was zero as compared to prices. Appliances in room were not working, dental kits, body wash was not available. Also bathroom was unhygienic

This hotel has no good food staff also very bad

First of all they are ruining the Lords chain name,it's nowhere matching the standard of Lords. Whatever they say about GYM, Club House ,Swimming Pool is all wrong !! Gym- Under maintenance Club House/Gaming- Under maintenance (Broken furniture) Pool- Not cleaned , We literally felt pukish inside the pool as water was so dirty and filthy with worms and bugs floating and no chlorine added , After our request the next day they cleaned the pool. Then , the normal room charge was 3500/- and extra occupancy was 4700/- ,so if I am paying extra 1200/- I should get a bed atleast , They provided a very small and not so good Mattress lying on the floor -Not even an extra cot or foldable bed . Then comes the infrastructure - there are stairs with Recessed stair lights which has immense current leakage .My 1 year old son touched it while playing and he got electrocuted,we checked by touching it from our hands as well.He was uncontrollably crying ,somehow we managed to stop him from crying and went to reception for complaining then Manager says You should take care .I mean seriously? It's your fault and you are asking us to take care !!! Overall- Pathetic experience, I would never go again .

"Excellent hotel. I am from South and I came here for my business visit. I am staying at Lords Hotel from the month of july - 7 24. It was a great service staff in the restaurant , reception, as well as the housekeeping team. The room was very spacious, The housekeeping staff cleaned my room very well in a daily and had the amenities that i needed. For the restaurant team, one of the person name was Sudeep Biswas and He was doing good ,and i like him the way to welcoming guests. Not only him, but the overall restaurant team will be doing well and good. But I need to add some South indian breakfast with choices and food to be make in a South indian style. In the receptionist and billing guy also doing good. And the billing was prepared & given by the right time. So, the overall hotel is good for a short stay as well as long. For the improvement point, first, know the customer needs ,what they want, and proceed in your way to keep moving on.

Very terrible experience in name of loads. Water was very dirty it seems they never made any cleaning in property.

Excellent location, good ambiance, delicious food.
