im definitely come to this hotel again because the staff is super friendly, the food is awesome, and the room is super comfy. maybe the cleanliness of the breakfast area must be improved because when im arrived, the floor is quite dirty.

Didn't know what to expect, I booked one night. Boy, how regretful I was. Wish I stayed longer. Bed & pillow were super comfortable. And the surprise? BOLSTER...! I immediately feel at home & indeed, I slept like baby. AC was okay, but the hot water pressure was consistently great, and it made my ritual of hot shower before going to bed perfectly kept. One thing I noticed is how the attention to detail is given to ensure the cleanliness is kept around the clock. 4 times I went to the public toilet and the seat is ALWAYS dry and clean. Yes, I have an serious case of OCD & yet I can't fault the cleanliness. Although a bit dark in Reception desk, Putri the receptionist is always eager to assist. The others need to learn from her professional hospitality attitude. Lobby is small but functional. The Hall meeting room is spacious. My meeting arrangement was easily accommodated and professionally well taken care of by Freshi Moreno. A big thank you for extending your flexibility toward my changing meeting arrangement need. Breakfast selection was varied & satisfying but the group's loud chatters turned off my appetite slightly. Location is great, rate is affordable but at product this good it should've fetched a few more rupiah. Concussion: Stay here. Period. Highly recommended.

I stayed overnight in surabaya before going back to jakarta…..i found this hotel is quite nice….it is located on the main road and has lots of parking space and it’s easier for us to park by ourselves….

The check-in staff is friendly, the check-in process is not too long. Service at check-in is good, friendly. The cleanliness of the room is ok, what needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the linen which is very lacking, it would be better if it was kept clean and there were no spots. For parking fees, it should be made free because parking fees will be multiplied if guests often leave the hotel and come back to rest, info from the front office, that free parking tickets are only obtained according to the number of nights we stay, even then we have to inform the front office by showing a parking ticket. I also forgot to show it to the front office, the hotel can cooperate with parking management services, maybe by showing a room card you can park for free

Jjose luisThe hotel is ok, annex to a mall. Standard rooms are small and relatively dark. Difficult to get good water temperature on showers and the AC seems to set up temperature automatical and mysteriously. They claim to have 5 stars which definitely isn't correct.

We enjoyed stay at Harris Hotel especially at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya (New Generation of Harris Hotel). Great hospitality and friendly staff. The Room also simply with modern furniture. And have many varian menu of breakfast. Thankyou so much for Mr. Irvan who arrange our room with slice cake for birthday my wife. And also we love water melon juice. Thankyou, hopefully we can stay at Harris Bundaran Satelit for the next stay to Surabaya.

Everything was smooth but one thing that i dispointed was the guy staff at restaurant when we had a breakfast last day. In the front restaurant he asked for room number which was very normal i told him 2 rooms my kids 2 infant 1 my niece 1 and i told him my husband will be here soon then i walked to find our table and prepare my kids meal suddenly he came again with same question he said their SOP 1 room for 2 adults he asked how old my older kids. It doesnt make sense cause he can see my older kid far from ADULT he just 8 years old. And i told him i came here with 3 adult, 2 kids, 1 infant so whats the problem ??? I took 2 rooms. He said sorry at the end but its ruin my morning mood :( But the food was great by the way..

GGuest UserWas lucky enough to be upgraded to Executive Club for my 14 night stay and must admit we made the most of it. Breakfast cooked to order, afternoon tea, 6pm wine and great choice of cooked eats, cheese, cakes/puddings etc which meant we didn't need to go for dinner. Room was good with modern tv with lots of channels and enabling smartview from mobile/tablet (internet was strong throughout hotel). Bathroom was great with fantastic showers and a bathtub which filled quickly. Bed was huge and comfortable, blackout curtains and subtle lighting to enable sleep at any time and aircon worked perfectly and quietly. 3 restaurants on site for the odd night we fancied straying from the executive lounge. Restaurants were a little expensive perhaps but it's a 5 star hotel so to be expected. Pros: Good rooms, strong internet, great showers, Executive Club - OUTSTANDING staff/customer service in all areas of hotel and unbelievably charming staff. Cons: Desperados bar in the basement had good live music but was very disappointing (best avoided unless you are in a group).

Breakfast wasn’t always good. There’s limited variety. I think the Food Exchange restaurant is a tad bit too small for the size of the hotel.
The new Heritage restaurant on the other hand, is amazing. The buffet dinners were spectacular every night.
Amenities:
The pool and pool bar are great places to hang out. But you kinda need to schedule your pool time well because there’s unofficial peak times for families with kids. Depending on your family/preferences, you might aim for those times or completely avoid the pool at that time.
Room:
Large and spacious. We had a great city view. I didn’t appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was up to standard.

GGuest UserThe check-in lobby is on the top floor while the lower lobby is only for drop-offs. Didn't expect anything because I ordered the lowest room, apparently at check-in I was told that my room was double-upgraded from superior (44 m2) to executive (81 m2). If the superior type is just an ordinary room without a pantry, the executive type has a complete kitchen and equipment. The room is very spacious consisting of 4 rooms, consist of the bedroom, bathroom, living and dining room, and kitchen. The rooms smells good and there is no damp smell at all. All equipment works fine For the living room there is a dining table equipped with 3 chairs, a long sofa and a small sofa with a large TV. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, zinc, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker. Very complete and still looks all shiny. Tableware includes spoons, forks, chopsticks, knives, ladle, scissors, corkscrews, bowls, teapots, cething, plates, various glasses and mugs, pans. For bottled mineral water, 2 bottles of 600 ml are provided, coffee uses excelso coffee capsules, tea uses the Dilmah brand. Kitchen amenities are also very complete, namely sunlight and sponges, plus liquid soap is also provided for washing. So oakwood is perfect for those who long-stay or gather in parties with friends The bedroom is also quite spacious, equipped with a cupboard, desk, work desk and chair. Adequate sized TV with digital viewing and wifi also runs smoothly. There are also many room sockets so you don't get confused if you bring lots of electronic equipment. The soft mattress is great for sleeping with 4 regular pillows and 2 decorative pillows. For the anniversary set, they are given a large slice of cake with an art towel. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and rain shower, closet and sink. Towels are provided 2 bath towels and hand towels. Complete amenities for Budi Jaya production. The bathtub has clear water and fills up quickly, anti-drama. Swimming pool, fitness and spa facilities are available on the F floor. The swimming pool is indoor and a bit dark, forget whether there is a children's pool or not. Complete fitness equipment, the brand is life fitness, each treadmill is also provided with its own TV. GGuest UserI've chosen this hotel as it's offer bigger room size with cheaper room rate compare with others. Receptionist very helpful especially during my c/in time as I requested higher floor, friends staying nearby / next to my room & in same floor (progress considered fast). Room quite big, comfortable & clean. Gt various choices of f & b in the restaurant during my breaky. Bellboys very helpful. Remember to claim your welcome drink ya....enjoy ~

AarssmthI know this hotel is quite old but classic and and worth the price. The room is very wide, i like that so much. Bcause nowdays all new hotels is just standart and to small like studio type. This hotel is family friendly, because of the wide room, and al the facility that all we needed. Not that high but the view from the room is still good. Surabayaaaa what else you can see than cityview? Haha. Anyway, very recommended for those who like wide room and near from mall, foodcenter, and all you need.

WWS WardhonoIf you don't mind hotels with old nuances and so-so service... Then this hotel might be the right choice. A few useful tips for you: order from the application with the lowest rate, choose the lowest class, do not order the service with breakfast, most importantly ... Lower expectations as low as possible
Plus: the price is very cheap, the publish-rate is even cheaper than some apps. Their lowest class (July 2022) is only 270k, 290k with breakfast (usually fried rice delivered to each room). The location is right in the heart of Surabaya, next door to Plaza Surabaya, Surabaya Square, Submarine Monument, and 5 minutes walk from Gubeng Lama Station. And oh yeah, each of their rooms is equipped with a bathtub.
Minus: some of the interiors seem gloomy and many are already dull. The swimming pool is so-so, but not child-friendly, the shallowest part is 1.2 m and there is no clear barrier with the bottom of the pool sloping to a depth of 1.9 m, so parents who invite their children to swim here must really accompany and ensure children just play along the stairs to enter the pool. Coffee, tea and toiletries provided are only for one person each, except for two towels which look very dull. The choice of food is very limited, the additional menu offered is very expensive, it's better to order online service
Two notes that bothered me quite a bit;
1. A sizeable tax arrears sticker on the front window of the hotel. With the pandemic conditions getting better, I hope you recover quickly and get over it...
2. In the morning I was about to go to the swimming pool, access was still closed, it didn't really matter, the receptionist responded quickly, it's just that at that time there were several young people from nowhere, I can confirm that they were not hotel guests, talking very noisy , two of which smoked from the lobby all the way down the hall to the pool without noticing the surroundings. One of the youths who previously smoked, still wearing trousers and a t-shirt, entered the swimming pool, then used soap in the pool. Enough to take away my mood
