The hotel is OK, recommended by customers. It is pretty good in Surabaya. The location is good and convenient for travel. The facilities are relatively average. There are mosquitoes on the lower floors. Fortunately, the hotel moved to a higher floor.

The room was clean and nice,
However the sustainability efforts are lacking, I didn't need my towel to be changed daily and kept it on the rack, but yet it was changed every day.
Once I came back to see all the lights and air-conditioning was on, likely running all day 10 am- 7pm + when I returned
The lifts are super slow and only 1 coffee machine for the whole breakfast restaurant that needed addition of water all the days I was there

The location is very good. It's close to the station. The last time I stayed there, there was a group of people and the quality of the breakfast was terrible, but this time it was delicious. I hope they do as well as Santika in Jogja.
