The check-in lobby is on the top floor while the lower lobby is only for drop-offs. Didn't expect anything because I ordered the lowest room, apparently at check-in I was told that my room was double-upgraded from superior (44 m2) to executive (81 m2). If the superior type is just an ordinary room without a pantry, the executive type has a complete kitchen and equipment. The room is very spacious consisting of 4 rooms, consist of the bedroom, bathroom, living and dining room, and kitchen. The rooms smells good and there is no damp smell at all. All equipment works fine For the living room there is a dining table equipped with 3 chairs, a long sofa and a small sofa with a large TV. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, zinc, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker. Very complete and still looks all shiny. Tableware includes spoons, forks, chopsticks, knives, ladle, scissors, corkscrews, bowls, teapots, cething, plates, various glasses and mugs, pans. For bottled mineral water, 2 bottles of 600 ml are provided, coffee uses excelso coffee capsules, tea uses the Dilmah brand. Kitchen amenities are also very complete, namely sunlight and sponges, plus liquid soap is also provided for washing. check in at 1 o'clock until the room towels and socks were not available so I couldn't take a shower. and the ac room leaking out of water constantly. direct complaining reception until I called 3 times until 2 p.m. there was no repair. finally I went down to the reception ask for a change room. The room is full. I waited for the receptionist. There was no news until I was 1am. I asked back it was finished but not told. until the room turned out to be many traces of shoes from the room attendant. used to clean the ac service. I asked for a replacement hose and the room was cleaned because my room was used to sholat. cleaning service came to clean and bring his dirty hose. but he didn't come back until I checked out there. The bathroom hose and it turns out 30 minutes after I got in the AC room, it was still leaking. I spent almost 2 hours taking care of things that don't matter. Although my position was a little short once a trip from Jakarta. I was very disappointed with this hotel. because it is a 4 star hotel so my expectations are great. but this is a The hotel with the worst service I've stayed in the hotel.

Massive hotel with just as many guests coming in and out. Food: Breakfast wasn’t always good. There’s limited variety. I think the Food Exchange restaurant is a tad bit too small for the size of the hotel. The new Heritage restaurant on the other hand, is amazing. The buffet dinners were spectacular every night. Amenities: The pool and pool bar are great places to hang out. But you kinda need to schedule your pool time well because there’s unofficial peak times for families with kids. Depending on your family/preferences, you might aim for those times or completely avoid the pool at that time. Room: Large and spacious. We had a great city view. I didn’t appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was up to standard.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated that it was quiet at night. The hotel has a gym, pool and restaurant which are great facilities but I didn't have time to use them. The location is strategic. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Stayed there for a couple of days with other relatives for a small family reunion. Hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Some little things that could have been improved is parking. Would be nice if staff informed incoming guests about the valet parking ahead of time, so we didn’t have to look for parking spot upon arrival. It’s time for your carpets to be steam-cleaned. Breakfast had many choices, coffee was very decent I had to get my second cup. Best part of the stay - friendly and accommodating staff, kudos to you all!!!

My First Impression(24 Jan 2020 - 27 Jan 2020) Check-In Experiences, + Rule Apply and dicipline + Standby 24 hour + Nice to Guest and Fast checkin + welcome drink standard - Card Key for room only 1 and if you need 1 more you need to put 100KIDR deposit Building Area & Design Interior, + Modern and Urban style + Good ambience and lighting + Clean Feel + Nice Sofa in the lobby + Huge Parking Car - Looks like Flower Decoration in here is fake especially in 2th floor on the tables Room Hotel, + Clean, structure and everything looks perfect + Ambience lighting is good not too bright not too dark with easy switch setting + Got 2 free botol and other standard free items in the hotel(soap, coffee, tea, sandals) - No sign of privacy or clean status, every room is different. - Alwys call if you want to clean the rooms - No laundry list, every room different Breakfast Experiences & Foods, + All the foods in here is delicious + Foods Variations is good + Free breakfast for 2 person/room(depending on your booking) - Clean table is slow - Replineshment Foods is slow - Need to check related pets control in Bar.. Somehow i have a chance to see Rat running away inside the Bar. Conclusion, I'm really enjoy stay in this hotel eventhough there is some area that need to be improve like the standardisation related the facility each room(laundry list, sign privacy, and so on), also in the restaurant must showing the improvements especially pets control and make sure all the door must be close everytime to avoid the rat come to the Bar side(1st floor) . Overall i recommended this hotel, the price also reasonable and i believe this hotel already have procedure to do. Please keep the good work and always improve to make customer happy with the right quality.

No tissues, no shower cap, parking only free one time. But the room is good, service also. The staff are polite. Good budget hotel. Clean and comfy.

Stayed here for 1 night only. I got a superior room. It is very compact, although the amenities were all good, although it is standard amenities. The air conditioner is not cold, anyway it is good for me because i didn't like too cold either. I didn't try the breakfast, the committee which booked ny room made a mistake and order the room without breakfast. Although they correct their mistake later, I already ate my breakfast outside. This is a good hotel, however I cant believe that Mercure will provide such a budget style hotel. I thought that mercure will provide a decent full service hotel. Anyway. It is ok if only for an overnight stay like me

Booked the smallest room. Enough for a night, since we left in the morning. Aircon cold enough for us to sleep well thru the night. Super rare to find foldable bench on the shower & foldable luggage rack in the room, although the rack is broken. No space to put bottles im shower, and the rain shower didn't work. Interior finishing is rusted & dirty....needs some improvement.

Location, service is good, new hotel, clean, comfortable .. keep doing good work
