This hotel is actually located in a residential area with a golf course. The rooms have been renovated, and the exterior still looks a bit historic. The rooms have been renovated but not completely new. The door beams are worn out, and the cockroaches ran out, which scared me to death.

Worst cust service ever during check in. Was mistaken with other traveller as we had same name but different sir name. He ask me to pay for the room but i already paid via booking.com.The receptionist has no courtesy to double check my booking number even i showed him my booking details and given him my ic. I need to settle it by myself (i had to call *********** customer service). After confirmed that i already paid, the receptionist never called to check in. It's *********** who called me back.
The worst part was when i ask him to double confirm, he went to ask another receptionist (a lady) but she didnt check my booking. She said "ha,tak bayar lagi". What a shame.
The room was spacious but dusty. Got iron and iron board, a coffee machine with 1 coffee capsule. Got buggy service from room to the lobby.
