Aquapark üçün getdik, hovuz sonrası duş alınacaq yer yox və şərait bərbat. Yeməklər 90-100 dəqiqədən gəldi 20 faiz də xidmət haqqı alındı Girişdə ödənişlər kartla qəbul etmirlər və çek verilmir. Sadəcə nəğd vəya card to card qəbul edirlər.

I stayed in Spring Hotel Novxani. We stayed 2 nights from 17 July until 19 July. During our stay we were satisfied with services of all the staff. Отель на заявленные 5 звезд не тянет совсем. Въехали в 5 вечера, рекомендовали купить аквапарк, по итогу пробыли на горках только час, т к из закрыли в 18:30, думали покупаться утром, но и утром нас не пустили, скакали оплачивать заново. Номер большой, окна большие панорамные, но очень грязные. Предусмотрен чайник, но нет в номере ни воды, ни чая, ни кружек. Душевая кабина протекает так, что в ванной лужа до выхода. Ковровое покрытие грязное, возле кровати пятна. Утром свой завтрак прождали 40 минут. Первый день в Баку, первое впечатление испорчено.

We came here today.They did not accept payment by card and the price was higher than last year.My friend cut his finger in the pool, but there was no medical equipment We will not come here again The guy at the reception didn't have a definite smile on his face

Приехал 19.06.2022 целенаправленно с детьми в этот аквапарк. В аквапарке, в месте прохода от бассейна к лестнице на горки разбит кафель. При проходе разрезал стопу, попросил принести аптечку, принесли только вату, бинт и йод. Просил перекись водорода или что-то для обеззараживания, хотяб чистой водой промыть, сказали нету. Перевезли вроде. Место где порезал ногу закрыли только когда несколько раз сказал об этом. Пришлось самому подняться на третий этаж по лестнице на ресепшн (лифт не работал) за нормальной аптечкой. На ресепшне прождал минут 15-20 пока принесут и нормально обработают рану. Вернулся в аквапарк, прошел уже час, кровь так и не смыли на полу!🤦 Вот и отель 5 звёзд. А если ребенок так упадет? А если случится более серьезная травма? Персонал не сможет оперативно оказать помощь? Но в общем аквапарк хороший.
