房間佈置很人性化，工作時用的燈亮，想休息又需要用燈時又有很柔和的燈光，去了土耳其8個城市，這家酒店在這塊做的是最好的。不是之處，網速超慢，前台英文又差，第1晚攜程上定的，第2晚也攜程續定，跟他説刷新下房卡，説不用，然後結賬退房，又叫你交第2晚的房費，很不爽！

Biz ailece konakladigimiz bu otelden çok memnun kaldık. Ayın 7 sinde konakladık her şey mükemmeldi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü otel konforlu temiz ve rahattı. Amasya ya yolumuz düşerse yine orayı tercih ederiz.

Öncelikle otel çok temiz çok kaliteli ve çalışanlar ilgili. Banyo ve tuvaletler temiz . Restoran ise başarılı yemekler sunuyor. Resepsiyon çalışanları istediğiniz her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otelin dizaynında ve kullanılan malzemelerinde kalite açısından taviz verilmemiş

Ailece bir gece konakladık. Amasya ve Merzifon civarında ailece konaklanacak yerler arasında ilk sırada yerini almayı hakeden bir işletme. Oda düzeni ve temizliğinden, personelin sıcaklığına ve ilgisine, restoran yemeklerinden kahvaltısına kadar beklentimizin çok üstünde bir hizmet anlayışına sahip bir oteldi. Özellikle restaurant yemekleri çok iyiydi. Bol porsiyon ve fiyatları ***et makul yolu geçen herkese tavsiye ederiz.İşletme çalışanlarına ve Hüsnü beye ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Bu zamana kadar gördüğüm en sıcak kanlı, misafirperverliğiyle Anadolu insanını, Türk geleneklerini bu kadar iyi yansıtan bir otel daha görmedim. Yöneticisinden çalışınana kadar güler yüzlü, her ihtiyacınıza her isteğinizi yerine getirmeye çalışan bir yer. Yemeklerinden etinden bahsetmiyorum bile. Kendi mandıralarından getirtiyorlar eti lokum gibi ve aşçıları çok yetenekli. Özellikle müdürüne teşekkürlerimi iletiliyorum. Beni ve ekibimi çok güzel ağırladılar. Odaların temizliği ve misafir hizmetlerinden çok memnun kaldık.
