The front office team received us so well, they even gave my younger siblings baloons to play with as we checked in. The FO manager was even keen to ensure that our little one had food that was suitable for him and ready on time. After five minutes of checking in the front office called to enquire of our settling and I thought that was very kind. The hotel has wonderful scenery and the air here is freshing. The food was amazing! Our room was very spacious. As we were checking out, the front office team asked of our stay at the hotel and even extended a comment card for that. This felt very good as they were concerned about our comfort, this will definitely bring us back to Sawela Logdes!

I had a great stay with Sawela …The front office team was incredibly welcoming and attentive making my stay comfortable and enjoyable throughout…I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay and rewind..Thankyou Sawela you are truly a Home away from Home

The ambience was the first thing that attracted me, it was so relaxing . It is a modern hotel with all facilities needed , accommodates all people with love. The staff were incredibly welcoming , and helpful throughout the stay , it was an amazing experience,everything looked so orderly and of high standard.. Staff are well groomed, the executive chefs were on another level, talk of good etiquette they are on another level. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable.. Their buffet setting, wow! I loved this , all their meals are delicious and affordable.. Taking a break from the hustles of the world ,and booking sawela Lodge is the best gift you can gift yourself..

We visited the place and it was awesome..their service was perfect and they really take good care of their guest Upon arrival you are welcomed by smiling faces that usher you in and brief perfect.. The rooms are clean and we'll kept. Their food is well cooked and one enjoys it to his/her satisfaction.

The breath taking scenery, the ambience, awesome staff, warm smiles, beautiful rooms to die for and the delicious finger licking cuisine, Sawela Lodges has articulated luxury in a subtle yet refined way. It's one of those places you simply can't be told about, you have to go live it for yourself!

The customer service I had was the best , plus the food it was very yummy had a lot of food categories to choose from my family and I had the best time in Sawela. kids friendly place and accommodation the room was beautiful and clean decorations was creative for my daughters birthday.

I Settled on Sawela from reviews here & on wanderlust. They were not wrong. Beautiful place with loads of different activities, a childrens play area & a big field where kids can just run around . Very good service,Rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh & tasty food a big plus

The growth sI phenomenal wonderful sstuff. great food . modern facilities and amenities super accomodations. Not to mention the decor is extremely unique .Sawela is truly designed as a home far from home. If you have not experienced the place please take a point to see for yourself the bird nest (Sawela) nesting in Naivasha
