"This was my first and most likely my very last time staying with a Courtyard. I am calling about my stay and no I do not want a free night I want at least one of my nights refunded back to me. Could not use amenities due to breakfast bar was disgusting, my children’s toes got burned in the pool, there were chemicals for pH balance literally right on the ground with chemicals in it where my 3 year old could have gotten to it, beds tore my back up, the door to the closet had punch holes in it and my door handle wouldn’t work properly and I got locked out my room at one point and you had to jiggle the inside of the door handle for the lock to close for the door to shut completely when leaving the room. I stayed here because the location was close to the set I was working on and the reviews were decent, but I think I will stick with Hilton or Marriott due to this experience."
