酒店環境不錯、住的也挺舒適，就是退房時因為保潔弄的非常不愉快：退房時、前台通知保潔人員查房，保潔人員查房后說床單上有“血漬”我們跟隨保潔人員返回房間一看、這個所謂的“血漬”明顯是舊的痕迹，我們從入住到退房還不到24小時、確定不是自己弄的。我們問保潔人員怎麼解決，保潔人員說需要我們交幾十元的洗滌費用，還氣勢洶洶的說“你們怎麼能證明不是你們弄的”我們回到前台，和前台人員說明了“如果是我們弄的、我們認可交洗滌費，但是這個確實不是我們弄的、我們絕對不認”最後前台人員了解“血漬”的情況后，把押金全部退給了我們、沒有扣洗滌費。雖然被保潔弄的很不愉快、但還是感謝前台人員沒有為難我們。
