We reserved one night in this hotel. At check-in we asked to reserve a table in the restaurant for which we were given a voucher of Fr 10.00. The dinner, the location and the service were impeccable. When asked for the bill, we were told that we could pay for dinner and accommodation the following morning at reception. But the next day at check-out they didn't keep the fr 10 voucher valid because our mistake was that we had to show it at the restaurant. It's true that on the voucher it was written that we had to deliver it to the restaurant, but then why not ask us when requesting the bill?? We were disappointed, to this day we still don't understand why it wasn't possible to deduct the voucher from our invoice. In addition to this small disappointment, we can add that at the time of booking they did not inform us that the hotel was undergoing renovation work with consequent inconvenience. All the more reason that they could have given us a discount. Never mind, we are sorry for the restaurant in which we found ourselves very well, but as regards the hotel we consider it unprofessional and inflexible! We will never go back again.
