location is so confused, parking is free and room was clean enough but refrigerator is too small. drawers were not fixing, it was getting open again and again by itself. will recommend 50 percent only,

The hotel is very old. The bed creaked. The toilets are old and not clean. The carpet is also dirty and old. It is estimated that there are no good hotels in this small city. make do

On our return from Saskatchewan my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable and best stay of our trip at the Radisson hotel in Sudbury, Ontario. Kaylee, Faith, and Jason all were so very personable and helpful in checking in and selecting our meals at Pesto's restaurant which is located in the hotel. Our stay on our way back was really topped off by our meeting with the staff and interacting with them. The bed, rooms, meals, and especially the service were all top notch and highly recommended for both our future travels and to others for a very pleasant trip. At the end of a long trip on the road we could not hope for a better experience.

This has to be the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I went for dinner after checking in. They sat me down and waited until after I ordered a drink to brink a one page 3 item menu (sandwiches) and told me there was a problem in the kitchen. Only 2 items were available, the bun was so hard I had to take the one piece of lunch meat out and a piece of lettuce and small slice of tomato. The room was far from clean and there was mold in the shower. If that’s not bad enough I’ve been trying to get my receipt now for 2 weeks, it’s not available on the mobile app. I try calling the phone number and when you press the number for the front desk it says your call can not be completed try again later.

Good accommodation but poor breakfast. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Temperature OK, but controls a little hard to interpret. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, breakfast was quite poor. There was little variety - there were only two varieties of cereal, neither high fibre, the cooked part was what appeared to be chopped up omlette (not very hot) sausages and potato fries, a couple of slices of bread. Admittedly I did not try the muffins. Pity as the rest of the accommodation was good.

We were late checked in . Reception night manger lady and Restaurant Jason Chan were super friendly and helpful . Breakfast was delicious . Restaurant team were professional . Cleaned the guest tables speedy and replenished buffet food efficiently . Deeply appreciated two Housekeeping ladies and Front Desk Manager Ms . Kay Lee Sweeney helped to open the room door for my luggage cases . Excellent customer service is the best choice in Sudbury .

Not in the best of areas, but quite location. Lobby area was spacious but couldn't help notice a glass water tank for cold water with cut up bits of fruit. It looked cloudy inside and you do wonder when it was last washed out thoroughly. Corridor and room doors looked tired and outdated. Room was basic. Furniture was marked, dirty. The metal base of the bedside lamps were showing rust. WiFi worked well and nothing to report with the bathroom. Breakfast was quite good, proper cutlery and crockery. Food selection included cooked items were good.

We are on a cross country and back driving trip. By the time we stopped here on the return we’ve stayed at about 20 hotels and motels-everything from upscale city hotels to remote highway road motels. We expected the former here but got more of the latter. The pool was good though towels were scarce and breakfast was fair. The room for us was the most dilapidated we’ve had. The bathroom counter was falling apart (literally), rugs were torn and threadbare there was a place in the corner with a heap of drywall powder where wall was coming apart. One of the two elevators was out which made elevator service inadequate to the hotel. It was the first place we’ve stayed with neither a little coffee maker in the room or any service of coffee or water in the lobby. All around were signs that this was once a nice hotel but it has apparently not been adequately maintained with building and service cuts.
