Near the U station but have to go for a long distance! About 700 meters. Near the Porsche Museum, a good choice after watching the car for dinner! After checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.

Not too far from Maybachstrabe station, with the U6 directly to Stuttgart Airport and Messe. Very quiet surroundings with limited dining options. But very pleased to find a quaint Italian eatery just opposite the hotel, with reasonable prices and great food. Hotel is basic, clean, with decent breakfast. No towel hooks in the toilet.

”Insider tip” for everyone who wants to live in absolute peace (as long as the other guests are mi**aching) in the most beautiful district of Stuttgart and still be able to reach the city on foot or by bus in a few minutes and doesn't need a restaurant. The wellness area is very good considering the size of the hotel, especially the sauna. Only the ”fitness room” is a windowless little room. The parking situation is also bad: the hotel has around 12 spaces, with more guests it gets tight. All residential streets are subject to a fee, but only on weekdays
