Reservé este hotel hace 8 meses para ir al oktoberfest en Stuttgart al que vamos todos los años. Nunca me había quedado en este hotel pero por situación y precio nos pareció bien. Reservamos 4 habitaciones dobles con desayuno, con 8 meses de antelación. Cuál es mi sorpresa cuando hoy me escriben diciendo que el hotel cierra por mantenimiento y que tenemos dos opciones, o cancelar (a 15 días de la feria con los vuelos comprados, las carpas, etc) o que nos reubican en otro que está a 7 km del centro. Me parece vergonzoso, cuando saben que esas fechas son temporada alta por la feria y, encima, que te avisen 15 días antes. Para mí ha terminado mi relación con Rega y con la cadena Novum. Deberían recompensarse estas situaciones al igual que hacen las compañías aéreas. O buscar ellos alternativas en hoteles cercanos aunque no sean de su grupo o abonar el transporte o hacer una rebaja considerable en el otro hotel que ofrecen que se encuentra a 7 km del centro de la ciudad. Vergonzoso!

Piccolo neo al nostro arrivo ascensore fuori uso, la nostra camera sesto piano mansardato che con le valigie non è il massimo. La camera pulita e accogliente, peccato per la moquette macchiata. Per il resto bene, anche se avremmo preferito la doccia e non la vasca da bagno con la tenda.

Wir haben im Sommer 2023 gebucht, alles bestätigt, im Juni 2024 Buchung noch angepasst, alles kein Problem. 10 Tage vor Anreise wird unsere Buchung gecancelt. Ersatzhotel in Esslingen, 16km (!!!) ausserhalb von Stuttgart. Es hat in Stuttgart viele gute Stadthotels, buchen Sie dort.

Gutes Stsdthotel in zentraler Lage mit Parkplatz. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und es hat alles prima funktioniert. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr ruhig, aber etwas altmodisch ausgestattet. Der Teppich sollte dringend erneuert werden.
