Travelodge Stonehouse

Quite good

The Stonehouse Travelodge was one of the best we've stayed in. refurbished ,and in a lovely location. The staff were welcoming .The room was spotless and bathroom very clean. A really lovely stay. Close to Slimbridge and The Arboretum. .Will definitely stay again. Very quiet also inside and outside hotel.

The hotel and room had been freshly decorated and was clean , modern and comfortable. We were greeted at reception by Ian who was very friendly and welcoming and could not have done more for us - from local knowledge, maps and extra towels, tea etc. It is staff like Ian who really make you feel at home. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and excellent value for money.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now when I'm working in the area. Such a pleasant surprise this time as the hotel has been refurbished. So much better that the old colours and the new beds are very comfy and the bathroom done to a good standard. The usb charging port next to the bed is a great addition.👍 All staff at the front desk are so friendly and happy to help with anything. Lovely hotel with plenty of parking and just off the M5.

I stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms which was very nice. The hotel has always been warm and inviting thanks to the wonderful staff, but now with fresh rooms it adds a bit of extra charm. Ask for a room at the back for a quieter stay and views towards the fields. Lots of squirrels in the early morning.

Newly refurbished rooms. All clean and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again since it's near my son's boarding school

Really good stay. Apart from the smell off paint, but the website does say they are having a refit. Team members are all helpful. Very quiet so had a goid night sleep. There is a garage next door with a subway and costa. Okay for just overnight but not long term

Receptionist Kinga was great, she was very helpful, pleasant and professional. The room was fresh and clean and nicely decorated. Room was quiet and we had a great nights sleep. Parking facilities were good. We had no complaints whatsoever, Olive & Neil.
