Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Southeast/Streetsboro

Super friendly staff. The property is clean and well maintained. Very quiet location with really easy access to I-80. Comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Pretty dining area and lobby with plenty of tables and chairs as well as a fireplace. There is also a pretty outdoor patio area off the dining room with tables, chairs and couches. Staff was super about replenishing the usual Hampton Inn free breakfast selections. pool is typical small hotel pool and looks very nice. We're very pleased and will definitely be back for another stay when visiting family in the Cleveland area.

The Hampton is very clean, and the Staff is very friendly and ready to help you with any needs you may have! The Breakfast Staff was very helpful and kept everything filled and hot! Great location to restaurants and shopping and the highway is very close!

It is a great hotel to relax. It has a very complete breakfast with different options. There is coffee and hot water for tea or chocolate in the lobby all da, they also provide mineral water or you can refill your bottle in the cosy gym. They have some rooms where you can do a meeting if you ask. The swimming pool and the terrace are small but very nice places to stay. There is a Walmart near the hotel and some places where to eat. The best are the people who work there, very friendly . Thank you to the manager Mrs. Shelly Weiland, a really helpful person.

we have stayed here several times with my grandson's hockey team. the place is clean and always makes everyone feel welcome. they are super accommodating going above and beyond. I have room requests and they always satisfy. great job! thanks

We interacted with seven different employees, all of whom were pleasant and gracious. Vickie, in housekeeping was the most cheerful and helpful person in Northern Ohio! Three of the seven credited the manager for making the hotel a positive place to work.

Average at best I arrived at 4:45 to check in in my room was not Ready. I had wanted to stop at my room before my business meeting and was unable to. Looking at past reviews, it was stated that they don’t have rooms ready before 430. Nice day in 20 or more hotels a year, every Hampton I’m in can get people checked in by 3 o’clock or before. This seems to be a management problem here. Important- this hotel has only one elevator, on checkout day. The elevator was broken luckily, it was fixed quickly - otherwise I would have had to carry my suitcase down from the third-floor. The ice-maker on the third floor was broken. The hotel needs an update, last one with dark colors in the rooms was probably done 20+ years ago. As an example, no USB chargers in rooms, lamps and fixtures old. Off the breakfast room is some sort of banquet room, you could see 30 or more mattresses, stored in the room through the glass windows, not very professional.

Very good experience at this hotel. Punctual, provided everything we needed, staff was pleasant, clean swimming pool well maintained, facilities kept clean, climate control in the rooms was excellent. I would like to make special mention of the manager Shelly Weiland who clearly understands guests needs, was easy to work with and made us feel like we were welcome guests.

Very happy with this Hampton Inn. We initially stayed here on our way out to the East Coast and were so satisfied we routed our return trip to let us stay here a second time. It starts with the customer service. Both days I had reservations, the staff texted me in the morning to ask if they could do anything to help our stay ahead of time. I didn't have anything I needed, but the reach out was appreciated and put us in a good place travel-wise before arriving. The hotel has a nice, spacious area next to the lobby that serves as a sitting area in the evening or the continental breakfast area in the morning. They also have an outdoor patio where you can spend time as well as the pool. All were accommodating and quiet. We had young kids along, so it was nice being able to take them to a couple different places in the hotel where they weren't bothering other guests. The rooms were well kept and comfortable. I noticed they also have a number of options for people with health conditions or impairments, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all travelers. Nearby, there are a ton of restaurants, gas station, and shopping options. It's a quick on/off the turnpike which makes it an ideal stop for those just passing through. If we find ourselves headed back in that direction, I'll definitely try to make this a stop again.

The hotel overall was good. They are strict about the 4:00 check in time so keep that in mind. Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms well after 4:30. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was not great. The woman working there was very sweet, but choices were limited. Very little gluten free options. Not sure why Hilton is slow to offer gf options. Even cheerios would have been welcomed.
