Convenient location, hotel felt new. Bed was comfortable and the check-in/out process was fuss free. Didn't try the breakfast at the hotel but restaurant looks good, quite a number of food and drinks options around the hotel as well. Decently sized room, within 5 mins walking distance to the tram station. Would recommend!

It's great! The town has a strong German style. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the room. The roof outside the window is where pigeons live. The roof is full of pigeons. The Christmas decorations on the first floor are very beautiful. The service is also very considerate.

The hotel lobby is small and cozy, and the service is good. The staff can speak German, French, and English. The breakfast is useless, so I can't comment. The hotel has its own parking garage. At first I thought it was a small parking space with 3-4 parking spaces. I closed the garage door at night and was shocked when I saw it in the morning. Oh my goodness, the garage is three-dimensional. The small space is three-dimensional. There are three floors, and each floor has a very short space. I think it takes driving skills into consideration. I gained some experience. Yyds is great. The deposit fee is 28 euros per night. It’s not cheap, but it’s still ok in the old city where land is at a premium! The special thing is that there are two doors to the room. I almost made a mistake. I can't get the door card. We really enjoyed our stay in Citadines Strasbourg, the location is fantastic - very centrally located, within walking distance to the nearest tram station. A small issue with the kitchen is that the stove kept flickering and switching off when cooking.

The hotel is excellent by its location. To date we have always been only in Regent small hotel, which was the first stay in the pavilion, breakfast is in Regent, sports too. We have liked it very well, would prefer the Regent.

The service of this hotel was barely. When I checked in, the washbasin was blocked and asked someone to repair it. As a result, it was still not repaired the next day. It was called again. It was repaired on the third day. . . The room is small, cooking and eating are a bit unopened, plus the suitcase is opened, it is like dancing ballet.

It was a great deal of good location, the room we stayed was wide for hotels in Europe. I believe the only thing we missed was that no passage from the parking with the lift could be made. We downloaded the car to the parking because it had a connection. We didn't know the first night we stayed. But as I said, the location and the width of the rooms were very good. We went out at 8 a.m. and went to bed without having to be out until 10 a.m.. If you stay in Queen's bedroom, you don't need extra bed for the child.
